When full the handle on the water bucket is not strong enough to carry the water out without the handle breaking. I use it without the handle. I still love it. When the main unit eventually wears out, I save and have spare filters and buckets to swap in if I need them. Makes a huge difference in A/C settings and comfortability. Cannot live without it!

My basement is from the 1800s with stone walls, very damp and lots of spiders. This worked in a few days drying it up when it was so humid a few weeks ago. Best $200.00 I 've spent! The water bucket is a bit stiff at first, but as you empty and empty it, it will come our easier. Maybe a bit of wax will work too.

In another review they measured energy usage when compressor isn't running and it only uses 100 watts with fan only running so not that much power usage running 24/7.
