After running for a couple of days, what a difference in the basement. The musty smell completely gone. On average we have to empty it once a day (love the auto shut off when full), but what a difference. Don't know why I didn't get one sooner. Highly recommend.

We checked other places and here we got the basement sized unit for the price of a room size at other stores. The energy star is a plus. Would recommend purchasing a hose to drain the water as we are constantly dumping it. The filter has to cleaned offen.

The dehumidifier is very efficient and I have not had problems with its operation. The problem lies with the handle to remove the water bin. The added handle is attached to the bin with screws into the plastic handle. One screw has stripped out already. I now pull the bin from the sides to remove. A better handle would have earned a five star rating.

I bought this as a replacement after the large recall of other products last year. Was a little worried about fire hazards that we heard about in the recall of last year for other brands (most of other brands). I am happy with my choice it works well, does not get that hot during. and covers a large area with noticeable difference.

The machine is compact and easy to set up . Drains into a sink.

I am satisfied with this dehumidifier however there is a design flaw....that bucket is really hard to put back in. It doesn't just slide, you have to get it exactly right and then actually shove is on both sides at the exact same time. I've had a couple other dehumidifiers but this is the first time I've encountered this. It's just annoying.

Put it in the basement and works as advertised. No complaints.

The Frigidaire dehumidifier is a great product. We have had it for a month and it has been working great. We attached a hose to it and have it draining in our sump pump better than emptying it out every day. Have no complaints with this product at this time.

I always wanted a dehumidifier to help the ac keep a comfortable temperature inside the house, I was amazed at how much water was inside the house the first day, I don't think this will be my only or last one to buy from this company. Great Product.

So far this dehumidifier works great, it's a frigidaire. They make fridgerator, ac, so I would think they make a quality dehumidifier. I have only had it a short time but if you can read, fallow directions it so last you a long time. Well worth the price.

Its worth the money & runs good. Its quieter than my last one.

Has been kicking butt in my wet basement, definitely get a short hose for continuous drainage! First couple months I would manually pour out the large collection bucket, it does significant dehumidification for my 24x30’ basement.

I needed a unit that would work in the common area of my home. I’ve had it now for a year and have had zero issues. It’s important to clean the filter and the bucket every so often. To me it’s not noisy, but it’s also not silent.

My old dehumidifier wasn't able to bring the basement (about 1000 square ft) down to 50 on the dehumidifier control. With this new unit running along with the old one, 50 is no longer a problem. I believe I could keep the humidity lower if I wanted to.

This thing sucks moisture out of the air with the same voracity as my wife sucking the fun out of life. My wife can take everything in the divorce but this dehumidifier is staying with poppa.

no problems so far. got it on sale, very happy with it.
