Biggest challenge was finding 70 pint dehums in stock in Rochester, MN. Best Buy was the only place in town with any as a truck came in with more. Nice to have a box store with product!!!

I bought this for our finished basement and quickly noticed an improvement. I would have given 5 stars except it doesn't always seem to automatically turn off when I don't have it on the "Continuously Run" mode even though it reaches the desired humidity.

I am so glad we decided to get this dehumidifier. We have always had a lot of moisture build up in our house and now it is gone. It has been great and very low maintenance.

Humidity in my house has gone from 85% down to 40%. We have emptied 70 pints of water every day for 1 month and is now set at 40% to maintain. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have a bad problem with moisture in my basement. This item has taken care of the problem very nicely. In the future, if I need to purchase another, it would be this make and model.

Very pleased with the results of this dehumidifier. It pulls the moisture out of the basement air at pretty fast rate. I dump the water container out morning and night. Very pleased.

Overall it's a great product. The drawer can be tricky to line back up on the tracks and push in. I typically have to push each side in on their own. Other than that, no complaints

It makes more noise than expected, but it's a lot quieter than our old dehumidifier. It removes a lot of moisture from our basement. I have to dump the bucket up to three times per day.

I bought this dehumidifier for my basement to replace one that had lasted a long time, but it no longer kept dampness from the floor. So far, the new one is doing what I need it to do.

I have not had any trouble at all with this Dehumidifier. I would recommend the 4 yr extended warranty just because it's a refrigerant unit!!

It is unbelievable how much moisture this sucks out of the air. I have to empty it twice a day. It definitley helps make my home feel much cooler, which is a huge added bonus.

Lots of moisture in the air in coastal Alaska. This did the trick. Bought a refurbished model. Looks and works great! Would definitely buy refurbished from Best Buy again.

I was looking for a dehumidifier that would work exclusively in my baement where there is a large amt. of moisture. Past dehumidifier's would "freeze up" (coils) on a daily basis, not this one ! A very good product for the money.

The dehumidifier replaces another one that was recalled and it does take water from the air in our basement effectively. However, the water ends up in a bucket that must be emptied when full. When I tried to take the bucket outside, the handle slipped from the bucket and all the water spilled on the basement floor. The handle is missing two end pieces that would hold it in place and which were on earlier models from Frigidaire. When I called customer service they offered to replace the whole unit but couldn't guarantee that the replacement unit would have a working handle so I now pick up the bucket from the bottom to empty the unit - not a good solution. Whatever happened to quality control?

It works well so far, about a year after purchasing. Hoping it will stay this way for a very long time, but if not I have got the Geek Squad protection plan!

At this time it has been working great. Clean filter light comes on although filter screen is clean! Easy to reset so it’s not an issue. Overall happy with the product!

This machine is eliminating a huge amount of water from basement which I did not realize was an issue. However, it is generating a good bit of heat which I did not expect.

It takes a lot of water out of the air, but it's a little on the noisy side. I have it my basement so it doesn't bother me. I really like the drain hose attachment. It is much easier to connect a hose than other models I've used in the past.

This dehumidifier works very well . We run it on the continuous cycle to keep our basement at 40% humidity. At least once per day we can empty the easy to remove the "tank".
