Cools off a room but does not get the temp down to 60 when it’s in the 90s outside. Still works well.

Could blow cooler for the cost. Should also be able to open the vent wider to allow access to more air.

Cools less square footage than claimed, but adequate for living room.

I gave it a 4 because it's not as powerful as some of the other brands but it cost the same.

Easy to set up, quieter than expected & doing a good job of cooling our main floor.

Purchased this June of last year. It did an okay job cooling at first, but didn't do great. This year I made sure to follow all home service instructions, cleaning the air filters and all that. Once I finally got it plugged in and running, the fans kick in, followed by the condenser. And....nothing. The air is no more cool than the fan I have in the same room. I pulled out the old Honeywell and hooked up. Lower BTU on paper, but at least cold air is blowing. In 2 days my warranty is is up. Frigidaire has a phone system that supposedly hooks you up with a service provider. However the one it routed me to was a mumbled recording of someone from texas, whom also is closed on the weekend. Here's hoping that they can fly someone from texas when I call in on monday, or maybe find a tech that is closer than 1,800 miles away to help with the service. If not, I'm going to be stuck with the bill for whatever repairs it needs. Really a sad place to be for a $500 price tag. I should have reached out for support last year, but like most people with these things I left it my garage to be forgotten once Fall rolled around. Maybe the weekday Frigidaire support will surprise me. I will follow up on this post with how it goes. But unless this thing starts blowing cold air, my recommendation is going to be to go with another brand. No signs of coolant leak. No dented fins. Airflow in condenser area is good, Airflow for fans are good. No cold air. Condenser heats up. Clean air filters. Small room 83 degrees F, unable reduce temperature after 1 hour of usage. Reset breakers and tried again. Went through the first 10 pages of google recommendations, then tried them all again. None of it works, and something is defective with the unit. All fins in condenser and fan areas are room temp after operation.

Nice AC Unit for the a space that needed such a larger, yet affordable unit.

Worked great at first. But within 2 or 3 weeks it ony runs 5-10 minutes before the AC stops and I'm left with just a fan. I use it infrequently, and not for long periods of time, so it seems it should still be working well...but it's not. Frigidaire is trying to find a way to fix it, but it's been a month without working AC.

Its okay. Wish it was app compatible and had a better screen display

So far it’s working great bought it to replace and older model. Only down side is that you can’t really have control of the direction of the air only points one way unless you place it on sway mode and that just goes up and down

This is my first experience with a portable ac unit. An we are loving what it does for us. It has kept us cool thru the hot days. Plus it gots a dehumidifier plus a fan setting. It’s a 3 in 1 which they don’t advertise

Not quite as portable as described. In addition to having to secure it to the window via screws, you need to keep a drain hose connected, which also seems less than portable. I can’t speak to functionality as we returned the item since it didn’t work for our floor plan.

We use this in living room.Good work,nice temperature.

So this unit worked for like 9 months, Then it failed. The replacement, which was brand new, also had an issue. Ultimately I installed a Mini split. The window kit is solid though! Support was also good.

So far the best portable AC I have bought, bought this as a refurbished item and it still works better than the newer models I've bought.
