Bought this as a gift for my mom. She said it's great,..quiet and it cools her apartment which is roughly 800 to 900 square feet. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love it they where kind of hard to find with the heat we where getting. Now that I have it dont turn it off at all. Remote is great when I'd int feel like getting up and make it cooler.

this has been my saving grace! keeping me cool during the crazy heatwaves and the muggy days by the beach. I just told someone about this unit, they are purchasing today! NO COMPLAINTS

Super simple set up. Works great keeping our 600sq finish attic living space cool in the summer. Just make sure you tighten the drain cap before you run it for the first time.

the product came with a small crack in the window plate so we just modified it because it is too hard to find air conditioners at this time of year. product wise the only thing I wish it had was a drain hose that would run out the window like another brand we have. very easy to operate.

Cooled our three season room like a champ this summer. Took the humidity out of the air within 10 minutes. Would recommend spending the extra dollars for this one

Have had this a year now and has been running strong everyday it’s used. It’ll run nonstop in 100 degree weather with ease. Keeps my room cool even with high ceilings.

This portable AC unit is pretty good. Its expensive, so make sure to spend a little more $ in buying the protection plan.

Purchased this for two bedroom apartment - it keeps the main living area cool on very hot days. It is reasonably quiet too compared to window models.

It cools very well in hot humid conditions but don’t expect it to be quiet.

Great little air conditioner that cools a large room. Easy to set up; you do need to vent it to a window that you can open but all venting items are included.

It has been. Hot summer so this air conditioner has been running for over a month straight with very little time off. Keep most our small house cooler down without issue.

I moved in and ac went out so I bought this unit and it has been keeping us cool. I like the multiple features. Fan and dehumidifier they all work grest!!

This unit couldnt cool my apartment thats 13x23, and the duct exhaust hose heat didnt help. Overall it was quiet, easy install instruction except for the duct connector attachement to the window atachment.

I have enjoyed this air conditioner so far. No complaints, and it works great, especially pairs with a fan to help spread the cool air further.

It says it covers up to 700 sq feet. My apartment is about 600, and it doesn’t cool the whole place like we were hoping. It’s a very good product though and super easy to learn how to use!

We got this AC for our garage, and running it makes it tolerable in the summer. It won’t do a huge room, but it can cool down a moderate room well.

I bough this AC because I read really good reviews about it and since was to cover a space much smaller than the space they claim to cover I thought it was the perfect one so I purchased the AC. After open the package and do everything the manual said to do I turned the AC on and waited, and waited, and waited to cool my place and didn't happen, so I gave it a break and turned on again next day and the same happen. When I turned on was like a fan but not cool came from the AC. When I received the box looks like it was a returned AC and I was very disappointed because BB always said they never sells returned item as new, but I felt that in this particular one they send me a returned item by the way the box and the AC looks inside. I have another portable AC from Hisence that is more than three years old with less BTU that cool the place very good, and I was expecting this one to cool even more, but didn't work.

Works great I have a 600 sqf apt with in an hour after turning it on it cooled the place down to the temp I set it to great product

While portables are not as strong as wall units, it keeps my room cool enough so I can sleep in the summer recommend 14000 BTU!!
