Bought this air conditioner for our bedroom and it's perfect. We even went out and bought another one for another room.

it cools fine but it is not very quiet for sleeping

We use this product to cool the living room/dining room area in our home. We should have a larger unit for this area, but this product has cooled the whole floor in a matter of minutes on the first use. We set the temperature and don't have to touch is unless we get too cold. The family sleeps downstairs since we got the product.

Keeps my room cool but makes a lot of noise nice buy for the price though.

I was very disappointed. I've been very happy with all of my other Best Buy purchases, but this one makes me reconsider purchasing here again. I chose it for energy efficiency, but this was not what I expected. One main reason for using air conditioning is to remove humidity when we have high dew points. That happens a lot between temperatures of 60-70 degrees. But my air conditioner just shuts off in the middle of the night. Ugh!

It's a good air conditioner for a scratch and dent.

We would buy another one if the need ever occurs. Works great for our size room.

It was easy to install in the window. It keeps the room cool once you learn how to set it. I was use to an AC that when you set 72 it stayed there. I like having 3 fan speeds. I would give it a good review..
