Great airconditioner when you can get it set right

But it was probably due to an incident with my neighbor's roofers. The unit works great when you can get the temperature gauge on the remote to work properly. Sometimes you set it for 74 degrees and it can't seem to get to that other times it goes lower than 74 when you use the remote sensor to detect the temperature to turn it on and off. Other than that it is great.
