It’s verycomfortable in my home right now. I installed it in about 1/2 hour. The directions state to remove all packing materials from inside. I removed all the green zip ties. The directions didn’t say how many. I guess it’s different with all models. We are very pleased with the unit.

Second unit displayed error code but otherwise worked well, took two home visits over a period of three weeks for repair under warranty. Other than the "auto fan" spinning the fan up and down at inappropriate times, the unit is working well.
