Really cool or cold you can adjust the temperature

This ac was to cool 3 rooms(kitchen, living rm, dining rm) totaling 700 sq ft. The dining rm window is only window big enough to fit the AC. Since it’s a 850 sq ft ac thought be more then adequate for the spaces needing to be cooled. Takes to long to cool the area and keep it cool..

This is a great ac however be prepared and have at least one extra set of hands. You have to disassemble (take apart) the whole unit and then put it back together before installing it in your window and it is not a quick task. Very frustrating but worth it in the end I suppose.

I bought this air conditioner mainly for our great room in which has 17 ft ceilings. Not only does it cool that room off well, but it also cools the connected hallway, kitchen and bathroom (when door is open). I'm happy I went with this product and not a higher end brand as it is more then sufficient!

My wife has Emphysema, a form of COPD and has a hard time breathing especially in the summertime. This air conditioner helps to circulate the air and make it easier for her to breath. Another great product and price by Best Buy.

Great unit! Have this in my bedroom. Not too loud and ice cold air. Lightweight enough to install and move by one person. Thermostat setting allows you to leave it running without it running all day, will shut off until temp drops.

This AC is awesome. Has kept our place at a nice 68 degrees since we had it. Stay on top of cleaning your filter and it will serve you well. I would definitely purchase another one of these units for sure.

This one is large, requires 2 people to install and may involve some modification to window sill. Should have someone handy with tools and some carpentry experience. Once installed, it has worked admirably. Might be worth a 5 star rating but only if it is maintenance free for several years.

It takes 2 people to pick this up. To install the window kit. It requires removing the insides of the air conditioner unit. The screws are required to be installed from the inside out. This is not an easy task, considering the size of the unit. Just letting you know, you will not buy this and just put it in your window. Much more suited for a through the wall unit. You will not want to remove it seasonally. I’am returning this after opening the box and reading the directions. Maybe I should have studied it more.

This unit has worked very well to supplement our 20+ year old central a/c unit, (which only works for about an hour at a time right now). It has done a good to better than average job of keeping the "core" (living/dining/kitchen) livable, even during our 100+ degree heat wave.

Bought this Air Conditioner because my old one died on me. Turned it on and after a few minutes the whole apartment was feeling nice and cool. The only problem I say is that it takes a lot of volts and if you have too many electronics at once you might flip your switch in your electrical box.

The default Econ Mode for this unit is a pain for my bedroom application. The On and Off Cycle wakes me and it is very difficult to get the DEFAULT ECON MODE turned off. Is there a secret set of codes that will set the default mode to COOL?

It’s the best I have ever had! It’s not loud it keeps the whole house cool not just one room. It also shuts on and off when reaches the right temperature and it does not run up the electric bill! I Love it !

I have purchased several Frigidaire air conditioners and they are just ok. Some have lasted up to 4 years, one lasted just 2 years. I saw a couple of people who said they don't work very well in high humidity areas and that is very true. They work pretty well in the beginning but humidity does negatively affect its performance. I wish Best Buy would carry another major brand. Also, like I said before, it's a gamble as to how long they'll last. Unfortunately here in Texas you definitely need one, that's the only reason I have purchased several of them over the years. Wish they would last longer because they aren't cheap.

The only downside about this product is that it uses a lot of power to function and when I turn on a light or something it drains it. But other than that it’s a great product
