    First the unit came in a beat up box which I let slide then after taking out the unit it looked like someone tried to pry open the side with a screwdriver. I still said ok cause I purchased it used and that was the only problem. So figuring since it's hot any nothing looks wrong I kept it. My neigh comes to install it and then tells me none of the screws they sent even fit in it. Now that the AC that went out was throwing into the garage I have a hole and can't put this AC in cause it won't stay. Best buy says sorry well send out the new pieces but it will take about a week. So we have to have a hole that can't be covered plus taken off of work and lose money. Thought I was getting a discount on this open box AC and now going to lose over $1000 more by missing work. Thanks for nothing Bestbuy.
