Works well for its size, But hard to install. To much disassembly and re assembly. Set up took 1 1/2 hours not easy to get into window with the attached supports. Not easy to attach supports without bending them. A external support system would be better. For these reasons only 3 stars.

So far so good experience and happy with the cost hope it lasts me.

I would recommend this air conditioner for a small home.

AC was dented and the screws weren't in a package and fell out when I opened the box. Wasn't very happy with the way it was packaged.

It does the job good it cools 800sq ft I like this brand

Doesn't blow as cool as I would like. The price was fair. Delivery was delayed. Was given one they didn't show up. When I called and they said they couldn't snd needed to reschedule. It was a hassle getting it delivered.

This AC does work... however it is on the loud side and sometimes sounds like parts are rattling around inside. I wish the unit itself would say the air temp and not just what it is set at.

This are conditioner should be keeping our area cooler. Yes it is in a sunroom, but with the size of the room and the size of the air conditioner I expected it to be cooler in the room. Not what I expected.

Cools the place well but installation is a heck of a job and it makes an awful knock click noise like every 15 seconds

It cools - but just doesn't cool 850 sq. ft. - good for about half the rating. We put a fan by it to help blow the cool are around more - but that just added to the noise. I think we are going to return it.

Great price for the size. Its replacing a 12000 btu unit. I installed this unit this afternoon. Took almost an hour. This unit is HEAVY! It weighs 120lbs and is awkward to handle by 1 person. i could remove my old 12000 unit by myself, so im not a weak person. Do not try to lift or assemble this alone. You will need 2 people to install this unit. You have to slide the unit out of its case to assemble the supports. The empty case is put in the window to attach the supports, than the unit is slid back into the case while its in the window. The condenser and evap fins are exposed, so it will be very easy to bend them when reinstalling the unit back into its case. Its almost a permanent install as it might be unlikely that you can get this unit back inside the house in the fall/spring without disassembling it unless you have tall windows. It s probably easier to be taken in/out from the outside of the house after its assembled. It has 2 triangular support brackets that extend roughly 4 inches down from the underside of the unit to support its weight. They sit on the outside of the window sill. Im still not happy with the supports. I may get a something for extra support outside. The condenser is L shaped, putting more weight on the end of the unit. Next time, Ill probably just get 2 8000 btu units instead of this unit. Im cooling the entire 1st floor, roughly 30 x 30. 3 rooms, kitchen, LR, & Dining room. This unit also runs on 110v. It has a timer to control when it comes on or off.

Worked great until we had it about 6 months and it quit getting cold.

there is NO PLUG for the water to drain out, the water builds up over the back of the ac unit and hit the fan, which the shoot the water back in side the house

A return had to be done on this AC. BestBuy worked great with me, the service was great! I stayed with the Frigidaire brand with the exchange..
