Great Window Air Conditioner

It's rated for 850 square ft area but it keeps my 1250 sq area cool. Only negative is that Installation needs 2 people to install as you have to remove unit from casing to attach window mounting kit and couldn't attach side panels as there was no screws to attach these.

Air conditioner not cooling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this air conditioner for my living room and it worked (and still works great) so I decided to buy the same one for my bedroom. Bedroom is much smaller and ac is newer than living room one. Had it installed professionally by Best Buy but bedroom ac is not cooling. Doesn’t even feel like it’s on. I’m Very disappointed because I had/still have a great experience with the same air conditioner in the living room. I guess this one is a dud.

Cools entire 750sq ft. Mobile Home

Only down side is I found it a month after I bought it for $319 at BJs and was unable to get them to price match

We are returning this, which SUCKS because it weighs 121 lbs and we live on the third floor of a walk-up IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY. I can't believe anyone gave this unit 5 stars.

Posted .Hi NoDiY! We certainly hate that you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the installation. The air conditioner comes in its original casing and has to be installed through the window using the mounting kit; which includes the side accordions. If you currently still have the air conditioner and need any assistance at all with the install of your air conditioner, we recommend using a professional installer. Kindly- CiCi

Started making a clicking sound after 3rd time using it. Unfortunately when I purchased this crap, I didn't need to use it but now since we have 90 degrees weather and 30 days after purchasing Best Buy is saying that I had 14 days to return or exchange it. So now it seems I'm stuck with this 400 trash. Best Buy 14 day policy is HORRIBLE. I'm about to drop it off at the store and leave it there. Dont waste your money. Shame on Best Buy.
