Excellent to medium room , cool enough,fair price,easy to setup

Keeps my 650sqft living room completely cool. Not loud at all.

This air conditioner unit works great and is perfect for our bonus room. We mounted it in the wall with very easy installation! Everything was packaged great as well. It could not have come at a better time in the middle of the summer in Georgia. We have definitely put it to the test as it has been in the 90s recently. No worries with this unit—you will be cool as an ice cube.

Large and heavy however I was able to place it in the window by myself. It is quiet.

I live in a 16x80 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home. It's a 1996 model and the central air unit bit the dust. It was going to cost about $5000 to replace which I couldn't afford. I purchased this one and two more the same except smaller to replace the central unit instead. I put smart switches on each of them and tied them into my smart things hub. They are tied to my honeywell thermostat and also the location on my and my son's phone. Smart things automatically turns them on and off to keep the rooms that I need at the temp that's comfortable when I'm home. MY POWER BILL WENT DOWN $100 A MONTH THIS SUMMER! Negatives are there louder. Sometimes I find myself getting too cold. To defend this, with the central unit, lots of times, I got too hot. Another negative, they are ugly hanging outside the window. But I live in the country and I'm not trying to impress anyone. Goods and bads, bottom line! I saved $4000 buying these window units! Im cooler! I'm saving $100 a month on my electric bill in the summer time! I'm happy!

Bought two of these for an uninsulated commercial Bakery kitchen with 12 foot ceilings, approx 1800 square feet...doubted they would help against ovens and fryers. They have made my life sooo much cooler! 100 degree summer days and we are running in the 70s! Couldn’t be happier!

Looks nice, easy to use and definitely keeps the area cool.

I needed this unit for my small deli to help cool in addition to having a central unit and it is jus what we needed. The door constantly opens and closes and it is very hard to keep the small facility cool for my employees and customers. The service at best buy was great and I enjoy going into the store frequently.

I use this to cool my whole downstairs. It is very quiet and efficient.

This is a huge AC, obviously. You need to make sure you have a big enough window to install this amd that the outside of the window is flush with your house siding, otherwise you might need to make something that will make I flush for the brackets. You need to unscrew the house from so you can mount it and brace it in the window.

Love this Ac, although is was very hard for 2 women ( mother & daughter )to figure it out. We managed and installed it in under 2.5 hrs very cold. Covered 3 rooms very well sizing 16 x 20. Word of advice you have to take the AC out of the AC, which I thought was hard at first but in the end was not as bad as i though!

Had to get this during the hottest week of the year so far and it has been great, cools nicely, the room is about 800 sqft and we of course use fans to help circulate the air. It is a little loud, but what can you expect from a window unit cooling a huge space? Would get it again if need be!!

This window unit is one top ten purchases ever!! It quickly cools the room. It also has a verity of settings that will almost please everyone. I have it cooling a little over 1000sq/ft and when the room is 85+ degrees, it will cool it to a chilly 66 degrees in less than 10 minutes!!
