The A/C so far is working great. It wasn’t until I had it installed that I noticed it was damaged. Some styrofoam was missing and the cooling grill inside was bent. However, it seems to be working fine. Definitely helps take a load off my a/c unit from running continuously

Works great Had a different model that was not working up to expectation and a friend recommended frigidaire. It freezes my room in 10 min and it's really silent. Haven't regretted purchasing this product.

This air conditioner does cool our space without difficulty. I also like the multiple programming options, though we usually keep it on eco. This unit does make some random noises. I am glad the product information explained this or I would have thought something was wrong with the unit.

I recently purchased the Frigidaire 15k btu air conditioner for my great room in my house that has 17' ceilings. This product does way more then expected as it keeps not only the great room cool but the hallway and kitchen (At least 1200 sft).I would highly recommend this product!

Don't have CA so this thing is a champ by running 24/7 while things are heating up outside. Also saves energy by shutting off when it reaches the desired temp so it doesn't continue to run constantly.

Bought this during the heat wave out west. Came just at the end of the heat wave. It is a pretty big unit and heavy so if you can get help that would be best. Does a decent job of cooling even for a bigger area then what it is recommended for. I used it for a slightly larger area and did ok..

This window unit works and it works well. Looking to cool yourself and not have something die on you after one season? This thing is perfect. It does it’s job well. It’s not super loud. And it’s built to last! Recommended!

This AC does a good job of cooling, but isn't without issues. Has a strange odor when the fan is running without compressor on, doesn't drain so that water is always sitting in the bottom stagnating and full of bugs, not good. Fan hits the water in bottom, especially after a rain adding to it, and makes a lot of rattle noise. Unit also immediately raises humidity as soon as compressor goes off, so it feels muggy rather than nice. Was a pain to install and heavy, had to have it done and by the time it was installed and all the issues were detected the short 15 day best buy return policy was over.

This is a replacement unit and it is so good that it cools three rooms instead of just one. The WiFi control is nifty as I can turn it on from outside the house while sitting in the car and wait a couple of minutes to cool my space.

I replaced an eight year old unit, in my 103 year old house’s main living area (heat from electronics, TV, OC, etc), this unit has done a great job during recent temps in the mid. 90’s degrees Fahrenheit, room stays at 70 degrees

I live in a humid area in Hawaii, so, purchasing a window A/C for the summer and fall months was a definite must. I like this unit, because it cools my living area quickly. However, the big challenge that I have is that due to the high humidity, the water collects in the back of the unit outside. The fan isn't able to evaporate the water adequately. There is no hole on the bottom, so, the water fills up and has nowhere to go. Once it does, the A/C becomes very noisy (from the fan hitting the water,) and it stops working efficiently. I have temporarily solved this problem by attaching a piece of cloth inside the back, which acts like a wick to help the water to empty out of the A/C unit onto the ground outside. However, it's a lot of trouble to do this. On windy days, my wick flies away. And, on humid days, the water fills up so quickly that the wick cannot keep up with the water. The A/C becomes very noisy and it cannot keep my living area cool. If you live in a humid area, this is NOT the A/C unit for you. Just thought I'd warn ya.

You will have to do some installation, disassemble, reassemble. It will take some patience and time. Works well since installed. It’s a regular 3 prong plug.

I bought this for my husband shop. It works very well. The remote is perfect, since we have it mounded higher on the wall. The remote range is very good. I can use it from 30' away.

We needed to replace an existing AC and needed one ASAP prior to a significant heat wave. We are very happy with our purchase so far. It handled our large living/dining area no problem and is very quiet for a large AC.

We needed to cool both living room and dining room for our house in the San Fernando Valley (LA County). With the temperature reaching the mid 100s, we needed something that was going to cool a 30’x18’ space. Comes with a remote that also doubles as a temperature gauge (it can detect if the room gets hotter), you can pretty much set the AC and forget it. The unit itself can also check the temperature and will switch on if it drops below your preference (we chose 74). Great buy and we’re really happy with this purchase. Haven’t had any issues with the overall sound of the AC as other reviewers.

It was complicated to put together. It took three days. Instructions were complicated. But finally we were able to put it in the window. I am praying we put it together correctly. It's cold and cools off whole apartment. I love it!

When we opened the box and got ready to put this together it didn’t have all the screws we need called fridgidaire they sent a complete sent of screws. Put it together and it is quiet and works great.

I replaced this with a very old one I had. The other one was more than 20 years old. This is very nice. For my space it cools the entire down stairs.

This unit works well and has plenty of power. It’s not as load as some of the window units I’ve had before. I’m using this at a cabin that is 1000 sf with a vaulted ceiling in the living room and it works just fine. Good unit
