But the main reason I picked this product is for the WiFi element. It would disconnect and the scheduling feature isn’t flexible. I have a smart thermostat and it is great to schedule different times on each day. This product just gives weekend or weekday options. Wish it had more flexibility.

As an Air Conditioner it works fine, as I have it in a tiny room, but as a smart device it is abhorrently miserable. Every week there's a disconnection. It never understood google home, not even with routines. Also, on google home, you have to talk to it through google, which is annoying. Alexa was fine for two weeks, much simpler to use and responsive, but now the unit no longer stays online and never responds to Alexa anymore. I feel falsly advertised to, because this AC Unit isn't smart at all. It isn't even average. It's a huge waste of money. If you want a 'smart' appliance your money is best spent somewhere else.

Is your router producing a strong WIFI signal? In some cases, your WIFI signal may not be strong if your router is on a high broadcast channel. If you are noticing a slow or lost connection with your WIFI signal, I recommend contacting your internet service provider.

Other than that, it sucks. The temp doesn’t seem accurate. Will give you a headache when you clean the filter. Mostly because it take a while for the filter alert to reset.

My room never really cooled that well in first place being the furthest from ac, so I figured I use it meantime then I can use it at night if I feel home ac isn’t working as well. But wow does this thing not work well. First of all couldn’t even setup the WiFi, tried everything even customer support. Only reason I can see why is because I have an iPhone maybe. Then again it doesn’t cool well. Takes ALL night to finally get to the lower 70s which I then still wake up sweating. Hopefully I can return it in time. It would be a great unit for a small office. Only plus is the noise, it’s really not that noisy compared to other units, and the looks, it’s quite stylish and not so much an eye sore.

Doesn't cool as well as I would expect

This unit has significantly less cooling power than my old unit that was smaller. The 1st day this air conditioner was quiet but each day it gets louder and louder. It now rattles and hums and it is installed correctly. I will be returning the product if Frigidaire doesn't have a solution. Being able to control the unit from your phone is a nice feature but the app is very basic and the schedules are not easy to set. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product. It's an expensive unit and I would expect it to perform better.
