    The design and interface are really nice. This is not as quiet as I am looking for, so I am going to return it. I am looking for bedroom a/c so the noise level is really important. Overall, this is not a horrible product, but I think it's overpriced. .

    I was a little skeptical about this air conditioner when I first bought it, but I really like it. I love that it is smart and I could control it when I am not home. I’ve had to for 2 months already and so far it’s been good. No complains here

    My cat keeps turning the A/C on

    A/C doesn't save settings. For example, if I set the temperature to 78 degree and then turn it off. The next time I turn it back on, the temperature is back to the default setting of 72 degree. The buttons are on the top of the unit and are touch sensitive. My cat loves this because it allows him to jump on top of it and turn it on, blowing 72-degree air up his butt.

    If you intend to buy this for it's "smart" features, please check out the reviews on their app and see how utterly worthless their whole system is before you waste your money. The 1.5 stars their app has is actually generous for how bad and frustrating the app is. It simply doesn't work, for almost everyone who has reviewed the app. I'm getting close to a dozen calls deep into their "product support", and their solution is that I replace my new Android phone, and also the iPhone 8+ that we've attempted to run this piece of junk with. No matter what, they will blame everything but their app and device. I'm going to return this hunk of junk. What a waste of my time! I'm so irritated with Frigidaire's terrible service. It's shockingly bad.

    Not what I had hoped for.

    Installed and ran this unit for 8 hours and room only dropped 2 degrees. Shut it off and retried next morning when cooler and out coming air temp was over 70 degrees. Took it back and exchanged for same unit and not much better. Best Buy staff was great though!

For the best cooling performance, please ensure the air conditioner is properly installed in a room between 150 and 250 square feet. The mode should be set to Cool or Eco on a high or automatic fan speed for quick cooling, and extreme outside temperatures may affect the rate at which a room is cooled.
