I made the choice to purchase this air conditioner for a few different reasons. First reason was the look of it. It looks super clean, super modern and the disappearing display is so sleek. Second reason was the connectivity. My home has smart everything, locks, lights, plugs, Google/Nest everything. But what my home does not have is central! Sure I could have plugged a regular AC unit into a smart plug to get basic off and on functions but I want more. This AC gives me more. With a simple tap of a button in the app from anywhere I can turn my AC on or if I'm in bed and I get cold just a simple call out to my Home Hub to request to make it warmer without lifting a finger. It's easy to control the temp, fan speed and modes with voice. My Final reason for purchasing this AC was the sound. I kept reading that it was quite that can be pretty subjective. This AC is quieter than any AC I've ever had in the past. It also maintains whatever temp you tell it to very well. So well that I just leave mine on Economy mode and let it do it's thing. Very rarely will it ever need to kick the fan speed on high, it can do it's job very well with just it's lowest speed setting. Which I love! I would recommend this AC to anyone and I have been recommending it to friends/family alike.

I was so excited to try out this smart air conditioner as my room gets up to 86 degrees in the summer time and it was really good at cooling my 180sq ft room down. However I bought this appliance with high hopes of using the smart feature because it seems very useful and convenient. When I tried to connect to the appliance’s network, it was unsuccessful. It has me very frustrated and unhappy!!! I know it is not my WiFi issues but the app issue. I have reset the air conditioner and also deleted the app and retried many times and still nothing

This A/C was super easy to set up and has not let me down one bit. I love how quiet it is and it definitely keeps my bedroom area cold! We bought this during a time when our central unit was not working and it was extremely effective!

This is a very nice looking a/c unit. No problems with installation, but you need to read the instructions carefully. Cools the area very well and it is relatively quiet.

Bought this unit for my bedroom. Temperatures here usually reach a high of 90F and a low of 80F. This unit is hands down, the best purchase I made all summer. My room is no longer a sauna, and I can go to sleep comfortably, no problem. I like that the remote control and panel controls are easy to use. I haven't bothered with the WIFI capabilities, so I won't comment on that. The only con for me is that the timer functions (if they exist lol) aren't on the unit itself or on the remote control.

This is the 2nd one of these units I have bought. The unit cools very well and is quiet. We like the blue tooth feature as well as the remote option. I will be getting a larger one for our closed in carport as well.

Great AC . Easy installation and got it on sale. Cools the room rapidly.

So happy with this pursuance. This AC is quieter than the one I own. WiFi future is a bonus. The design is fabulous. Will definitely suggest anyone looking for an AC to get this one.

Only used it a few times so far but this seems to be a quality unit. It is relatively quiet and very easy to operate and install. It has nice features and is a smart device.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase and I've not been disappointed. I like the ability to control it remotely via wi-fi; I like the fact that the vents point mostly up - I don't like cold air being blown 'at' me (am using it in a small bedroom/office); I like that it cools the room down very quickly and does a great job maintaining the selected temp. Lastly, I originally had bought a portable A/C unit and discovered it did a very poor job cooing the room and took up floor space the window A/C unit does not. Note: I've been using it daily for almost a month and a half. All in all - I highly recommend this unit!

Noise is subjective, but for me this air conditioner isn't overly loud, I have in my bedroom and no problems at all sleeping. Honestly I find the unit smooth sounding and efficient. Cools well. App is terrible, impossible to connect to, and I don't use it. I have the air conditioner connected to an Awair air quality monitor which has detailed settings allowing for scheduling based on temperature, timer or motion.

Love the app to control the unit from your cell phone. Unit tells you what you need to know, such as when it is time to clean the filter. The only irritation i have to report, and it is a small issue, when you sign in the app and choose to stay signed in, that works sometimes and it ask you to sign in again periodically,....but of course that has nothing to do with the unit which works perfectly

This unit was easy to install and set up. Nice to be able to turn on via smartphone if your out, so it cools down before you get home. A little noisy.

Very Fast installation and it comes with a remote. Also has an app to control the temperature, fan and toggle power on/off. Great product. 10/10

Cools off 2 wide open rooms with no issue, works great through the app, a little trouble with connecting to Alexa but everything else works perfect

The best thing about this AC for a bedroom is that the lights are off unless you're interacting with them. It is reasonably quiet, and cools the room well. The smart function doesn't work well with our Google home, but at least I can use the app to control it. If you want to use Google home to control it, buy a different brand.

I love this AC unit. I works great. I can turn it on when I leave work to go home and by the time I get there (1 hour commute) the room is nice and cool. I can control it from my Alexa too. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that the Filter light keeps coming on, and I can't get it off. I just bought the unit, so it should not need to be replaced.

We installed this in our bedroom at the beginning of "Summer on the Surface of the Sun 2019" because our regular AC doesn't service the top rooms of our old house very well. It has been going for a month and a half now with no problem and it runs constantly due to the heat. Just like any AC window unit, when it runs, you know it; however, I can't hear it when I'm asleep and I'm asleep so much more when it's cool in the room. The wireless controls work great and I anticipate that I will use them more as the summer progresses.

Performs well with nice features and modern look and appeal.
