Quiet and cools well but no customer service

Finally warm enough here to use it and the remote doesn’t work. New battery is no help. No answer from customer service at Frigidaire after a week. It’s quiet and it cools well but this is disappointing for a “premium” unit. Also, the touch controls are a terrible choice for use in a bedroom since you can’t go by feel at night but that’s on me, not totally a design flaw.

Decent Window unit with Wifi connectivity

It's not producing super cold air (think that's due to the newer coolants) but works for our needs. The wifi connectivity is "ok"; really just supports their app for scheduling (which is nice). Not seeing any smart home integrations.
