LOVE IT! This is my first over the stove microwave. I was worried about how it would look and the ease of access, but it is wonderful. Lots of cooking options to use. Perfect height for cleaning and microwaving items. Love the smudge-resistant stainless façade.

i bought this to replace another similar frigidaire microwave. I think this was the new model to replace the previous version. The previous one I had only lasted about 3 years and then stopped working. All the other appliances in our kitchen are frigidaire so we stayed with them. Also the price was right. I'm not interested in plunking down a lot for an appliance that only gets me a few years. I'm hoping to get more than 3 years out of this one but that remains to be seen. So far it is working. Only been about a month though.

This microwave has all the features we need. All of the food is cooked evenly, unlike our previous Samsung microwave, and this unit is also much quieter as well. The clock feature is tricky, as you have to set it just after being plugged in. I'm sure its in the manual somewhere, but it is not clear how to set the clock after the unit has been set up. The door feels very sturdy, which is huge to me, and the over-all build of the case is excellent, with tight seams and a clean look..

We had our older model of this same style go out on us during the week and ran over to the local store to get the same style just newer model. We were able to get a screaming deal on the floor model but did run into some issues with getting all the parts. Ended up leaving without all the mounting parts and couldnt get the parts I needed for it through Best Buy. I had to order from a Fridgaire distributor and waited about a week. So not ideal to be out a microwave for 2 weeks but that was more a lack of information issue. Great microwave but maybe be more cautious buying the floor/display models.

The microwave cooks faster than my old one. I have to cook/heat for less time than I did with my old microwave. The turntable is large and is easy to wipe spills off of. The outside of the microwave is smudge proof. It easily cleans up with a damp cloth.

This SS microwave is smudge proof and has all necessary options. The alert beep is a bit annoying but it functions great and was not difficult to install.

This microwave heats up food great and is super fast besides the face that it is very appealing and looks great in a stainless steal kitchen

We originally bought an open box item but had to return it b/c it did not have all the mounting hardware and there were some noticeable dents. Went and bought a brand new one and absolutely love it!! Looks great with the other Gallery appliances!

This microwave is very quiet. I was worried at first that is may be loud. The price is excellent, and the size is good. So far no problems.

The door latch broke after 2 months of use. Caused the door switch to disengage and light and fan to come on at the slightest vibration (like a kitchen drawer closing for example). Poor quality latch made of flimsy weak plastic. I just ordered a new door latch and will repair it myself. It cost $7.64. So it's a good looking cheap microwave with easily breakable parts. I got what I paid for I suppose.

This is a very nice microwave with a wire rack for cooking more than one item at a time. However, there is a notice telling you to take out the rack when not cooking more than one item to prevent sparking/fire. Somewhat of a pain. Careful when using to soften butter - it melts on minimum time. When food is done, timer beeps repeatedly - annoying!! Can't complain about its cooking/heating capabilities, though - it does the job. Just go a bit under the minimum recommended time.

Very happy with my purchase. They didn't have the microwave I was looking for in stock, so the salesman found it at another store and had them ship it directly to my house free of charge. Arrived quickly and matches my appliances perfectly.

I love this microwave. The only complaint I have which I knew from other reviews before I bought it, is the beeping sound when time has expired. It is constant, loud and annoying. Otherwise, it is a great appliance.

Bought this to upgrade the appliances in our house for selling. Works great. However, the popcorn button does not appear to sense correctly and I always end up adding more time to complete popping. No big deal.

We really enjoy the look and usefulness of this unit. Like other reviewers, we find the incessant beeping when food is done cooking to be VERY annoying! Otherwise we like the features that this microwave offers.
