She was very knowledgable and interested in making sure I bought the right microwave. I installed the microwave myself and found the instructions very helpful. The microwave does not dissappoint. Works very well. Very powerful. Great sensor buttons for automatic heating.

We went to a local store and found one we liked, out of 20 different models, but they didn't have one in stock. We then went to Best Buy and they had the same one that we liked, in stock and at the same price. We're happy with our purchase.
