We bought the range and the dishwasher to match and the set looks fabulous. The microwave comes with a wire rack that can be used to heat two things at once but we took it out and kept it out because it gets in the way otherwise. Simple, easy to use.

I got this to match our Frigidaire Gallery range. It was open box, listed as being in excellent condition. The price was much reduced and, except for a few tiny dings, I have not found anything wrong with it. I would have returned it had I paid full price - but this works for me. I like that the oven has an option for a one touch 1, 2, or 3 minute run. It's got lots of features that I will learn as I go along. I don't use a micro for much more than reheating something so as long as simple is simple, I'm happy.

I was a little worried about the height of the microwave but it turned out to be no problem. More stainless surface to show. Without smudges, even better. It is very quiet, the vent works great the lighting is more than adequate.

I had to buy a microwave that would allow me more counter space to replace my counter top microwave. I also wanted to match the rest of my Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Turns out this microwave heats up quickly and looks sharp.

Purchased microwave along with other gallery appliances. Love the smudge proof design. Great price; got it on sale. No problems thus far. 4 stars because only had a little over a month now

Installing this microwave was a big task. The instructions were wrong. However, now that it is installed, it looks great and works great.

Love my new microwave. It is easy to use and very efficient. It looks beautiful with my stove I bought a couple years ago. I highly recommend this product.

Installation was difficult but not impossible. Difficult because it is heavy and awkward to hold. Once installed, GORGEOUS! Yes, as others have complained, the beeping at the end of cycle is annoying but that volume can be lowered so its not so bad. One bad thing, the handle gets hot when you are cooking right below it. I didn't have that issue with my old microwave but then again, the other one was not stainless steel. This one is gorgeous and is a perfect match to the stove. I love it!

Great instructions made for an easy install. I expected but was presently surprised at all the features and usability of this microwave. Quality and looks are not list because of price

Hesitated to buy because it was a clearance item. Replaced it from a Frigidaire that was a nightmare. Only reason I bought it was because it matched my other appliances and I thought the install would line up but it didn,t . This one is quieter and seems to heat up quicker. So far only complaint is the door. Requirer force to open. feels like you might break the locking clips when you pull to open

Shopped all brands and locations and found the Frigidaire microwave the best buy. Installation was straight forward and results were excellent. Great unit.

I wanted to replace the white over the range microwave I had for 18 years to match other stainless steel appliances I had in updating my kitchen. I had no idea of all the wonderful features now available! My husband and I easily removed our old microwave and installed the new one with the included user friendly guide. We ordered the item from our local Best Buy as it was not available in store. Arrived at our front door in 4 days during the busy holiday season, free shipping and packaged with great protection. 100% satisfied with function, cooking options and design.

I don't ask for much out of my microwave, only that it heats things up and if it looks good, then even better. Installation was simple (standard microwave install) and the stainless handle is sturdy and overall looks beautiful. The beep when food is done is annoying, but I'd be an annoying person to rate the product lower because of the annoying beep.

This microwave is huge ! Love itbecause everything fits in it. Very easy controls & so easy to keep clean.

Works like a microwave should. Cooks fast and very quiet. User Friendly controls.

Haven't used any of the fancier functions yet, but its used on a daily basis and does the job its supposed to do And it looks good too!

So far the unit is very easy to use - as with all new purchases read the instructions as the functions on the buttons differ quite a bit from our former unit. I am hoping Frigidaire is tougher than the Samsung units we bought. Three out of five Samsung products had MAJOR problems shortly after the warranties ran out so that's how we decided on Frigidaire. It's still early but so far so good. Frigidaire microwave is definitely quieter during operation & I love the stainless steel look without the fingerprint problem. Also, it has a more solid sound than the Samsung did when closing the door. Price was excellent (although we did wait for a sale) compared to similar over the range units. Lights over stove are better (2 instead of 1) and non vented exhaust fan is so much quieter there's just no comparison to the Samsung.

The instructions made the installation a breeze. Templates were included for the back mounting bracket and the holes to be drilled on the top. Not a universal bracket (had to remove the old bracket with old microwave as it would not fit on new one) but I have a feeling there is no such thing as a "universal" microwave mounting bracket. Be careful with the offsets for drilling the holes. All my newly drilled holes were less than half an inch from the mounting holes from the old microwave.

Very happy with this purchase. The sale price was awesome. Many nice features on this microwave. Very good quality.
