I love my new microwave, except for the defroster!

First thing we did was lower the sound it made when time was complete - too loud! When I defrost bacon or sausage, I have to be very careful not to cook it also. I don't like that. I don't like that you have to put the weight in to defrost! My husband feels it makes too loud a noise when you shut the door!

After initial install the fan made a lot of noise (blades hitting side of mount). Best Buy G-squad came and fixed that but have now noticed that the fan exhaust is coming down the sides of the unit. Will be back in touch with BB correct. I think this is more an install problem than a product issue.

very mediocre microwave

Just purchased this one until the better one is available. Reminder beep is very loud, hard to open, makes tinny noise when you close it,. Best Buy employees were great though. just not product availability that I wanted.

They already upgraded their stove to a Frigidaire Gallery series model and this matched. It was easy enough for my father in law to install himself and the handle and style match their range perfectly. They've had nothing but good things to say about it since receiving it.
