Great looking microwave, very easy to use. Timed features a plus. Not as "smudge proof" as advertised. I have to wipe it off around the handle after every use... just a minor inconvenience. Not enough space between rack & turntable.

Worked great for 3 months then used the timer one day and after shutting timer off the microwave became possessed and the motor and light would not shut off. Had to unplug to see if resetting would work, but when we plugged back in same thing occurred motor and light on, but not heating. Called and had tech come within 2 days but had to order new touchpad panel and circuit board. The replacement parts came 1 week later and tech was here same day to replace then the turntable will not stop spinning and the door is open. The fan also had only 1 speed. Waiting for next step. Would not recommend purchasing.

Food heats up fast, super quiet and smudge proof +

I read several reviews...some not too favorable but I didn't think having to press a pad to turn off finish signal to be a problem. Nor was lighting over rangetop inadequate. Exhaust fan sound no worse, and possibly better than microwave I replaced. No complaints at all on this appliance.

We bought this tv and so far it is fine. The picture is good.

Replaces a frigidaire that lasted 10 years. Constant beeping after timed nuking is very annoying but makes a mean bag of popcorn. Replacing an existing microwave with a new one where the bolt holes don't line up and new ones are required can be a challenge.

Very nice! I love it! It this microwave cooks things quickly and evening. This only thing I don't like is when I use the defrost, its looks mu meat as opposed to defrosting it. This might be a user issue though. I am still learning the tricks of this oven.

We bought this microwave to complete our kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised on how much quieter it was to run the microwave. The fan is still loud, however it is only on when you want it. It works better and quicker that our 13 year old unit as well.

Microwave looks nice and matches the set I got. It was very loud until we vented it out the back. The door opens and shuts hard and loud.

I bought this to complete a suite of Frigidaire Gallery appliances. So far it works well and looks good. There is some alignment issues with door, about 1/8" difference, which is somewhat annoying... But, I guess for $250 what can you expect?!?

Only two selections for each item/ control device. Fan has two workable speeds besides off, fast or slow, no middle speed. Light has same choice Bright (but not bright enough) and low light. Most of all more light needed.

Motor making a loud vibrating noise. Will have to get serviced. May have to return, but very difficult and inconvenient when product installed. The noisy operation is unacceptable and should have been caught at testing done at factory.

Everything is fantastic with this microwave. Replaced previous over the range unit and fit perfectly. Could not give 5 stars because first unit was dented. Har to return to store with no hassle for a different one.

The only thing bad I would have to say on this is, I wish they would of installed it which they don't even offer that. Other than that I love it. I have never installed one before so it was a little bit of a pain.

I needed to replace my 2010 microwave due to it stop working. So I got the same product but this was manufactured in 2014 it was slightly different the dimensions and now I have to altérate my granite in my kitchen

It is easy to use. Its very powerful. I like the smudge proof surface. It has a rack for more room to cook. It has shortcut keys.

I recommend buy the I stall from best buy. I was able to do it myself but with lots of headaches. Aside from the install. It works great. I will the light underneath is breath and the fan has good exhaust. The controls are easy to use.

Replaced a microwave during a kitchen remodel with this one. Works very well, simple controls, and especially like the clean venting. Vents are on top of the unit, so there is no visible grime and dust collection.

Great product and great buy! Matches our new Frigidaire range/oven perfectly. Both have the smudge resistant coating and its fantastic! Will always buy that option when avaiable.
