THE MICRO LOOK GREAT AND WORKS FINE HAS SOME EASY FEATURES MY WIFE LOVES .ONE THING HAS US STILL PUZZLED IT CAME WITH A METAL SHELF.......METAL.... IS THIS A NEW NORM I HAVE ASK AROUND BUT HAVE NOT YET FOUND THE ANSWER ?????

This microwave is pretty basic. It has all the features you want in this type of appliance. A little disappointed that it doesn't have a clock feature, but it does not detract from the way it works.

I like the items and they work great, my only problem was the installing. We wanted them to install both the stove and fridge, the stove they wouldn't touch because we didn't buy a new stove cord, even though we had a perfectly working one taken off the old stove and ready to go, we also wanted fridge installed but they wouldn't replace the line that was already there, even though we bought the new kit to replace the water line. We were told that it would be all be taken care of but they obviously failed to mention the details of them installing the appliances.

This microwave is amazing. It cooks like a oven. Does not take long to cook anything. Microwave dinners taste so much better with this microwave compared to others.

We like it. Although it came to us dented and we didn't realize until we installed it and peeled off the protective tape :-/ seems to cook evening and I like the reminder feature.

Had to exchange the built in for the over the range microwave and Best Buy, months later, still has not credited my account for the returned microwave.

i had to replace this microwave after three years. i bought the same one in the gallery collection in hopes it it mount right up using the same holes. NO such luck! Completely different

The microwave has been good. I like the beep reminder sound when the food is finished to let you know that food is still in the microwave.

This was a great microwave. The microwave was replaced after 4 years under the extended warranty. The warranty process was smooth.

This microwave looks great and matches our other appliances. The signal when complete is a bit annoying however as it beeps loud and continuously until you remove food.

We installed the unit with the exhaust venting through the top. It is much quieter that our old microwave when the exhaust fan is running. Great basic unit.

The microwave heats the food up well. We tried the potato setting and found it did not cook the potato all the way.

Works well for the price. Says its smudge proof...not so much!

Microwave was easy to install, although I wish they would just tell you the measurements for where to drill the hole instead of giving you the paper template that you have to tape under the cabinet.

Only had the unit for several months, but no issue with unit. The service and delivery were great. One unit had minor damage. The replacement unit was delivered in three days.

Easy to install yourself. Had this microwave in place in about 20 minutes. However, it does take 2 persons to put it in place.

I am very happy with this over the range microwave. It has plenty of room, and makes hardly any noise when operating. Finger prints wipe right off, definitely smudge proof!

Bought this as part of a set. Happy with all. Microwave works well. No extra bells or whistles but it functions well. No issues after 2 years.

I really love this microwave.... It's very quiet, don't even know it's running.

A few scuffs in the emblem, not a big deal and hardly noticeable. Open box unit, but came with everything including mounting hardware and instructions.
