When Arrived, the Box was crushed in one corner. We had immediately opened for Noticeable signs of damage, non noticed at this time. When, replacement was being performed, we had seen dented corners on the back of the Item. My Installer, stated it will not be seen , as it is on the rear of the Microwave. I had proceeded with the installation. the Item does work, but, we now have received a damaged product and compromises our warranty.

Like the looks of this unit, but the door is a little bit tight to open and takes extra pressure to close.

Not a fancy appliance, but does its job well. Is great for heating anything up. I really like the light display underneath, very bright. All in all, this was a great buy!

Installation was tricky because the template was misprinted. The cord comes out of the center rather than the side so it's in the way in the cupboard above.

I love everything about this microwave. Only problem that I am experiencing is the rotating plate inside is rubbing up against the microwave.

Full featured. Love the rack for a second tier but it seems that everything takes longer to heat up than our old microwave of the same wattage.

I didn't want l tons of whistles and bells, just a good solid microwave. That what it is, and it has the vented feature which I wanted.

Great microwave for the price. Doesn't show smudges and fingerprints like other stainless appliances. Would definitely recommend it, very happy with my purchase

Matches the rest of my Gallery series beautifully. Nice, solid door and handle. Great features - still haven't used all of the settings. Large capacity.

After waiting a few weeks due to the color of the microwave. I like the newer Frigidaire model.

I wanted a stainless steel finish that did not show finger prints and this fits the bill. The Gallery line is beautiful and really updated my kitchen.

The selection panel is a bit complicated but after studying the manual and using the microwave several times it gets easier.

This microwave isn't as intuitive to me as some I've had in the past. It takes a few extra "clicks" to get what you want.

Looks nice and works as expected. No issues. Smudge free stainless is nice but the black portions of the glass show fingerprints more because of it.

I purchased this over the microwave to match the stove and fridge. It's part of the gallery series. I liked that it has a 2 level heating spaces.

Seems to cook faster than my old microwave -- features required a little review of the handbook, but operation is fine.

Easy installation with good instructions. This was in stock and exactly what we needed, not many other big box stores carry this good of a selection
