This was one of four appliances purchased. The installer did not have or use the proper drill bit(s) to drill through the newly installed backsplash tile and DID NOT line up the install/holding bar correctly. First, he did not predrill the hole for the toggle and just used a big bit and then turned it around and around until the hole was big enough to get the toggle through. Then, left the bar about 2+iinches outside the edge of the microwave which required a call back and another 4 hour window wait for the correction to be made. While the hole, now holes do not show behind the micro, it is a mess. Neither cleaned up the debris from the drilling which I happened to see subsequently as I removed and aligned the bottom drawer of the range below the micro. See total experience by reading about refrigerator delivery and set up. GOOD Product, INSTALL SHOODY at best.

Look and size of microwave were perfect, install went very smooth.

Love all the features and it works great! Only thing that can be annoying is how it will beep about every 5 seconds once your food is done cooking and you haven't gone to get it out. You can lower the volume, which I did, but it's still annoying.

Again, this was a very easy choice after I chose the refrigerator, stove, dish washer of the same product style grouping. My microwave was working fine; but it was old. I wanted exact matching of all my major kitchen components. I knew that with all new I would have many years of great performance free of any problems

So far the microwave works well for the demand on it. Quiet and easy functionality. Install was a breeze thanks to geek squad. No issues with it at all. Vent , surface light and turntable work to par. Easy open and close door very solid machine. Quite happy currently.

I bought this microwave to match other Frigidaire Gallery appliances - so it fits in nicely. Installation instructions were relatively straightforward, although the paper drilling templates were not all that easy to use. My range and microwave have a wall to the left with only a 3/4 inch spacer, so door swing clearance was a concern, but this door needs only about 1/4 inch to open. Some other brands needed almost a full inch. This non-convection model has slightly more interior space (1.7 cu ft) than the similar convection version 1.5 cu ft. The "Frigidaire Gallery" nameplate badge on the front was on crooked, but Frigidaire send me out a new one without problem so I could pry off the old one and stick on the new one. While that should have been checked by quality control before it left the factory, I was pleased with customer service response.

Door is very hard to open and close. Takes more time to cook than our old Amana. Both 1000 watt. We have to add additional time to what is called for. Love the exterior stainless...fingerprint free. Hopefully the door will loosen up.

Bought this unit mainly to match our Frigidaire Gallery range, so it's spot on there. Otherwise it does everything you expect a microwave to do - i.e., heat food. It has been fairly low-maintenance, cleaning has been easy, and the stainless finish does not attract fingerprints like some I have used. My only gripe is that the buzzer for the timer/end of cycle is insanely loud. I can clearly hear it from the opposite end of the house with the door closed and the TV on - and it will continue to cycle for several minutes unless you open the door or press the stop button.

This microwave is beautiful in my kitchen! I couldn't be more pleased with it and its performance. The installation was relatively easy and painless. I am very pleased with this purchase, and, when the time comes for other new appliances, I plan to purchase from the Frigidaire Gallery as well!

I just needed an inexpensive microwave that looks nice. This item is both--HOWEVER it has the the most annoying beep I've ever heard. The settings will allow you to change the volume but not the actual "done tone". It sounds like the microwave is yelling at you to come get the food out. The door is also kind of loud when you close it--as if you're slamming a cell door shut. So if you plan on sneaking midnight snacks without anyone knowing, this is not the mw for you. Otherwise it works fine and looks great.

The rack is a great feature that allows two dishes to be heated at the same time. Have to remove for popping popcorn. Looks elegant over the stainless steel stove, and accomplish the stainless refrigidaire quite well. The Frigidaire Gallery products makes my kitchen sparkle!....Love my purchase

Found this microwave at best buy along with our fridge and gas range. I did not want real stainless steel as the smudging from my 1 year old would drive me crazy. This faux stainless steel or "smudge proof" is a much better option. Microwave runs great and was very easy to install!

This microwave was a lot easier to install than I thought. Instead of paying $150 for someone else to do it, I was able to get it up myself. The templates show you where to drill your holes and you can get the microwave up and running in no time. It looks great and is easy to use.

Got this microwave to match the rest of our Frigidaire gallery set. Absolutely love it. Finish is amazing. It heats much better than our last microwave also. It comes with a tray/stand that mounts in the middle for multiple items to be heated at once. All in all we love it.

Very nice. After a lot of research, we decided to go with this microwave. It's quiet and will beep until you take the food out, which is either annoying or a great reminder.

I never even had to read the instructions to use it for the first time, So easy to use and enjoy. It even has a middle rack for extra things to warm. Ringer reminder tells you when cooking is finished. Great purchase.
