Paid for best buy installation. They came out but said they can't install it since there isn't an outlet where they needed to put it. No one told me this was a requirement. Microwave looks good but haven't been able to use it. Installation should include a simple outlet when the hardline is already there.

I would not purchase this product again. Problem within the first month with water delivery system

This microwave operates with the same functionality as another microwave. Decent buy.

microwave ok. Not the quality of the one I had before.

After a couple of weeks using the microwave I experienced my first problem. it just would not start heating after setting the timer. After 10 tries or so it started working. I am pretty disappointed for a top of the line product.

Ordered on line and it took 3 days to arrive at the store. Installed ourselves and it didn't work. Geek Squad was no help. Store said they had one in another store and I'm halfway there when they called and said they didn't have one there so back to the first store. Over a week to get another one. I decided to buy elsewhere but Best Buy charged my credit card anyway and I had to dispute the charge. The unit I got from Lowes is great.

Not what I expected. Just like the fridge I bought, GE Gallery, the finish is horrible and shows scratches. Any slight blemish is exaggerated due to the finish...I hate it!! Would not have purchased knowing that fact alone. Cup of coffee takes 1.5 minutes to heat which I think is too long. Not worth it to me but now I'm stuck for a while with this.

This microwave arrived dented up like it had been dropped. The weight and size of the microwave may be too much for my cabinets to handle. It needs to be returned for something different.

It didn’t last 2 years and not sure if investing in maintenance plan is worth it. Very disappointed with all the Frigidaire Gallery products I purchased for my kitchen.

I would not recommend getting this microwave. We've only had ours for 4 years and it already doesn't work.

Horrible customer service. It lit my food on fire, and fridgidaire refused to replace it. They only sent a repairman out until it was out of warranty.

I bought this microwave with the entire collection of Frigidaire Gallery and it stopped working, it only lasted 4 years!

I had to replace my previous frigidaire and wanted the same brand for ease of installation. Oops. Took forever to get the previous one out because the mounting systems for this one and my previous one were completely different. Basically, this microwave seems to do everything you would expect from a microwave. It's a good size. Still burns my microwave popcorn only on the bottom of the bag, but every microwave I've used does that. I dislike the one touch cook buttons including 2 and 3 minutes, instead of just the 1 minute usual. And several months later, I still have to remember to push the Cook button FIRST before putting in the time. My biggest knock against this microwave though, is that the specifications are misleading in that it seems to imply there is both a cook top light AND a night light. My previous frigidaire had this option and I used it often for a soft light in the kitchen. This microwave has On or Off ONLY, despite what the specs say, and I find it incredibly annoying. The cooking light is too bright to be a good night light. It's not annoying enough to bother uninstalling the thing and returning it, but enough to mention it in a review....

I've had service done on this microwave six times starting two months after installation. I hate it!

Great product, I got the gallery collection and I love it. In a household with kids and pets I used to have prints all over the place but not anymore and it is really easy to maintain. In addition, the product is great. We used it a lot and I mean a lot and we haven't had any issue with it. The options are great and it works as expected.

This microwave only lasted 3 1/2 years. Others I've purchased have lasted 7 or longer years.

This microwave has the look and feel of stainless steel elegance while having great basic features. I purchased it on sale for $249.99 and can honestly say it is a much better microwave than a Kenmore I purchased for twice that amount on my previous microwave purchase.

I purchased this microwave to match my Frigidaire Gallery oven and fridge. I like the look of the stainless steel and it makes my kitchen look great.
