Replaced a 7yr. old Whirlpool micro with this one. Overall, the same features, just newer and it matches my new fridge. I use it for defrosting and heating/eating. The beep that everyone complains about when use is complete I feel is normal for a microwave....it gives 3 beeps telling you when it's done and if you don't answer, it will keep giving you beeps until you open the door. No complaints here. Very happy with my purchase.

This model gave me everything I wanted (and more!) in replacing my 13 year old plastic microwave. Love the stainless steel.

The size and style is as great as over-the-range gets. Smudge/ scuff resitant chrome looks amazing with matching Stove. The quality is terrific and the price very reasonable. We are very satisfied. Its a 5 star.

I bought this microwave almost 3 years ago to replace an earlier version that was still working fine after 11 years. I wanted all stainless appliances, and I knew this microwave was a great buy on sale. It worked as expected until the door would not latch properly. It is obviously broken, considering under $300 purchase price, the cost of a service call and replacing the door would not be worth it. Won't buy it again.

Went with this model due to it's style and wanted to upgrade to a better over the range microwave. The power is set on high and it doesn't heat up as good as my old one. The beep volume is set on low and still wakes people up in my house. It continues to beep until you remove the item out of the microwave which is the most annoying feature of the microwave. I turned off the volume and the keypad is off as well. It also is pretty loud when microwaving. Frigidaire improved the quality of the housing but the features or functions are pretty bad. If it weren't installed, I would've returned it already. Now I'm stuck! Ugh!

I love it best purchase I've made so easy to use and great price

Remodeled our kitchen and replace the appliances with Frigidaire gallery appliances. The over the range microwave stopped working after 1 1/2 years. It started making a horrible sound and would not heat. Frigidaire said they would honor the warranty but after waiting for a part for over 4 months (which Frigidaire says is "normal") we decided to submit a claim through our extended warranty from American Express. What a disappointment Frigidaire...both the quality of your products and your customer service.

Item came as expected and had all directions and manuals. It did not have all the necessary screws and bolts, but was able to use from previous microwave. Also the template that came did not match the support that was sent with product. It was definitely a used support bracket. We used the one from the previous microwave (Samsung). It came and was a little bent on one corner, but did not effect the microwave and it has preformed well. Bought the warranty only because the previous microwave died at just over 2 years.

Works very well and is extremely quite for a microwave. Looks great without our other Frigidaire appliances.

Quieter than our previous microwave and still powerful. Need 20 amp circuit, 15 amp circuit blows the breaker

We bought this to replace a microwave just like it that we purchased with a kitchen set. That unit quit working about a month after the warrantee ended. Because it was purchased through Pacific (at a BBY store), we couldn't see it in our purchase history or find anyone that could actually help us, so we bought a new one. We picked it up at the distribution center, installed it, took the protective wrap off, and saw it was scratched. Called BBY about getting a different unit. Even though they had another model at the distribution center where we picked up the first unit, we were required to take it to a store to process the return, with no guarantee on how long it would take to process the return. In the end the amount of work it was going to take to remove the microwave from above the stove, return it, and wait for a new one seemed more of a hassle than just dealing with the scratched unit we were given.

Just died it would cost more to fix than its worth. It's lasted about 2 years which in my book is not good enough. If someone is wondering no I don't buy extended warranty I try to buy decent products. If any aplliance does not last at least 5 years it should be considering junk. Frigidaire is now consider junk to me. Don't buy this item.

We ordered this microwave in a suite on October 19, and when it arrived on November 7th we were blown away by it's beauty and functionality. It has absolutely transformed the look of our kitchen completely. Being over the range has given us back much needed counter space and the power this microwave has is awesome!

I purchased a Gallery over the counter microwave in November 2013. Went out after 10months and now went to use it tonight and no heat. Will throw out since warranty is expired and cost of service call will be wasted.

Poorly installed. Called several times to get someone to come back. Was told this was on the installers who are not really Best Buy Employees. Well I paid Best Buy for a proper installation. One side of the microwave was flush with the cabinet and secure the other side was hanging slightly. When my Husband came home he was able to reach into the cabinet above and pull the screw out. as It wasn't attached at all. On a side note after working for two weeks it has now stopped working at all. My problem is that I called three times and these are documented by Best Buy and told each time that the installers would call me and come back out. Now another Saturday spent calling Best Buy, no satisfaction. I finally talked to a Manager. He told me they could come in a week and get it then the warehouse would credit my account. I really don;t even believe this will happen as I was told several times before that someone would call and then come out. Went to the store to discuss with the Department Manager who sold me this product. Still no real satisfaction and now we are stuck with no working microwave (family of 6) a huge headache with all these phone calls and a feeling they will not even show up next week. I went directly over to Lowes told him my story and he will price match Best Buy and the installation is cheaper. Another issue I had with Best Buy is that no notes were taken about this poor installation and I'am sure the installation team will never hear of it. You are not going to stop these sort of issues if they are never documented.

I have not installed my microwave as of yet, but it looks easy to use

We bought this microwave on 7/18/15 from Bestbuy and thought we were getting a great brand. We didn't think we needed an extended warranty since the reviews, at that time, said it was a great unit. Well on 8/1/16, my hubby used the microwave to cook some frozen dinner and it just shut off. That's it, done. I had just given birth on 7/23/16 so it took me a little while to find the receipt and call. Bestbuy immediately shut me down and pushed me off to the manufacturer. I call the customer service number and again, no customer service. An extremely bored woman said they would only pay parts but not labor and that's all they can do. This is after I explained the time period and newborn issue. She didn't really show any concern. So now we have a microwave that we paid over $250 that lasted exactly 1 year and 2 WEEKS! Since it's passed their "warranty period " there is nothing they can do to replace their defective product. I am so upset and disappointed that this is what this company does for their customers. We own their stove as well and now I'm stuck with this terrible company and will have to buy another brand to not deal with such shoddy products and service. So beware, this will last just past warranty so you are stuck with labor costs and no service.

Got my microwave delivery and had my handyman install it. Right off after installation we noticed the door appeared to be sprung and not closing properly, not aligned with the frame. Interior light came on but then would not go off and when setting the cook time and pressing start it would ask to close the door which was already closed. The turntable wouldn't work and never could get the unit to actually cook anything.
