The door on the unit would make a good bit of noise when you open or closed it. It took some effort to open the door and did not operate very smoothly. I would recommend going to a different company that has a better review, it might last a little bit longer than this model.

Not worth the money

I've never had a microwave go out on me let alone one of this price range. The door started sagging about six months in also. Don't waste your money.

We noticed damage on our cabinet above the microwave and realized that the motor for the outside rear vent had stopped working, so the microwave was venting through the front. Warranty was up, so purchased a new one. THE VENT MOTOR DOESN'T WORK. Returned and bought a second one. THE VENT MOTOR DOESN'T WORK. Called Frigidaire and they said "return to the store." What a joke!!!!!! FRIGIDAIRE IS JUNK.
