This microwave does a great job, looks fantastic and the stainless steel doesn’t stain. No issues with it. It also has great 1 push features.

Lucky me This unit was on sale and it had all the features I wanted . Easy to use and comes with a 2nd shelve for heat two plates at once !

Nice looking and does the job. Although I find that it takes more time to heat food on high with this microwave than with my previous microwave. The Frirdg. micro. has tones of features. many more than my previous microwave.

The installation was very easy due to the included templates and instructions. The units is very quiet and has very clean lines.

I got his microwave because the store could not find the one that I'd researched on the day I went to pick it up (and the day the contractor was at my house to install the vent). I chose it because the other appliances are Frigidaire Gallery and I wanted them to match. The clean lines were appealing and it appeared to have all the functions I use. It's been great! Every works fine and the controls are easy to use. Plus, for the price, I consider it a bargain. There was no reason to spend more when this is fine product.

I ordered this microwave online to match my Gallery Stove and have not been disappointed. It cooks evenly and I haven't had any complaints with it yet. I installed this microwave by myself and I am not extremely mechanically inclined so it took me about an hour and a half to make sure all my measurements were accurate, but the microwave went up easily especially since pre measured templates are included. Others have mentioned that the beep signaling the end of the cycle is loud and obnoxious and they are somewhat correct. I don't think it is super loud because I turned the volume all the way down, but the frequency is annoying. It beeps and beeps and beeps until you open the microwave or push "end". Other than that, I have zero issues with this microwave and would purchase again.

Replaced my old mircowave that was 18 years old and things have changed. Much quicker, hotter and takes a little expermenting to get things done right. Looks great in the kitchen and I know it will give another 18 years of use...

This microwave is quiet and on point, I will be buying the whole collection of the Frigidaire Gallery. I love the smudge proof feature!

Quiet when cooking. Defrosts meat in about half the time of our old mivrowave. The vent fan is not the quietest, but not terribly loud. Looks nice, and was easy to install.

Had similar 12 year old unit. Quick heat buttons have a lot of options. Carousel seems to be noisy as compared to my old unit. Ready beeper is annoying, beeps 3 times and then will continue to beep 3 times every 10-15 seconds until door is opened or hit stop. Volume control and fan speeds don't seem to change when using. Logo emblem was misplaced on door and frigidaire initially said it was correct even though every other one I looked at was in the middle of the door. I pulled it off and moved it. For the price I believe there's better units available.

Though the gallery model is higher priced than average, the smudge proof finish is a different color than other stainless finishes. I selected to replace the previous one to match the other appliances in a small kitchen. The original unit stopped working a month after purchase and it took many hours of phone calls and weeks of waiting to get Frigidare to find and agree to send a repairman to fix it stating we lived in an area where they had no approved repair service providers. Now four years later the door switch stopped working and the unit would not function unless you held the door shut in a position. I purchased the new unit at Best Buy, a 70-mile drive from my home, only to discover they had sold me a previously returned, defective unit. After several calls to customer service, the store and the store manager where they insisted I uninstall and return the microwave to the store then wait for them to order a new one at which time I could again drive to the store to pick it up, I called the corporate office of the company President where they finally agreed to ship a new unit to my home. I like the finish and the unit functions as expected but all we have been through causes me to hesitate to recommend this item.

We have had two of these microwaves and had no issues which is why we purchased again, the buzzer is a little annoying once cook time is reached and no way to adjust or turn the buzzer off.

This microwave has good options and is in a affordable price point! We would definitely recommend the brand and buying from Best Buys! Good experience and purchase!

This microwave replaces my old microwave which worked 2.80 years. This microwave has fewer one-touch cool pads than my old microwave, butt the new microwave has all the features that suits my cooking needs.

This is a perfect companion to our new kitchen - it was super easy to install - less than an hour. The specific setting are spelled out on the inside & ittakes the guesswork out of cooking.. Great choice!

Really nice microwave, very easy to use. The end - cycle beep is very loud even on low, so we turned the sound off. Purchased this one to match our range, but will probably never use the rack that it comes with. We installed ourselves, which was a bit more involved than we expected, but we got it up in about an hour and a half including reading time and looks great. Definitely not worth the $120 for installation.

If you can look past the horrible beeping once things are finished cooking, it's a great microwave. More even heating than my prior microwaves and looks great.

Wasn't really looking for a microwave but wanted one to match the stove/oven. Has more features and buttons than our old one so we're not disappointed. No problems with it so far.

I looked at this first because I have a frigidaire dishwasher but the more I looked into the specs it was exactly what I wanted I wasn't disappointed installation was easy would highly recommend

Overall, a great microwave so far. Pros: Super quiet operation. Easy to use. Lots of different cooking settings. One touch 1, 2, or 3-minute quick cook selections. 2 (above the stove) lighting brightess options. Cons: Recirculating fan is rather loud. Bulbs that light the stovetop have a dull yellow hue (would prefer brighter white bulbs). Door takes a little effort to open.
