The first microwave came and the directions on the box said to remove various pieces and the "MOUNTING BRACKET" before turning microwave upside down in box and taking it out. The "MOUNTING BRACKET" was not inside the box and the box appeared to have been opened due to smaller staples securing the flaps and broken plastic on the inside and fingerprints on the glass near the handle. I called and requested a new microwave to be sent out. After being held up for another 5 days (I wanted to install the microwave before the new gas range), I received the new microwave. The delivery driver asked if I wanted to open the box to make sure everything was inside. The box was in the same condition, however we pulled the microwave completely out and located the mounting bracket secured to the back of the microwave. (NOT LIKE THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX SAID!) Once I installed the microwave, I realized the turn table was not turning. There is an on and off setting for the turntable, however it doesn't work at all. 3rd Microwave sent out and still waiting to install it. Hopefully this one works. To much of a process for an over-the-range microwave and what's the cost in labor to have someone come to install it 3 TIMES!!! SIDE NOTE....I also purchased a Frigidaire Range and Dishwasher. The range cooks much slower than my previous oven and the dishwasher holds less dishes than my previous Kenmore. (We don't like the rack set up and how it holds dishes) Not sold on the Frigidaire products so far. For the expense, I hope they will last for awhile!

This microwave is very easy to use. It is big enough and has sufficient power to do most cooking. Like the convenience of having it above the range.

Great microwave! Works great! Looks great! Just beware when installing any microwave above stove. If you are not tall, use a stool or be very careful in removing hot items that may not be at eye level. I love the way this looks in my kitchen and how it matches the other appliances! AND the extra counter space I have from having it mounted! Has a reminder beep when you don't take things out right away, ( or acknowledge it) but necessary, and helpful in forgetting something that might get left in there! Overall, excellent product!

Easy to use. Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Stainless steel matches all my appliances. However, the door seems tighter than usual to open. Overall, I am pleased with this product.

I could not be happier with this Frigidaire Gallery series over-the-range microwave! It's beautiful and sleek, and runs quiet. Goes with my gas stove/range and refrigerator perfectly! Not to mention the matching dishwasher. So far, I am very pleased.

Recently we purchased the Frigidaire Microwave. The stainless steel finish really adds to the look of our kitchen. It has every feature you could want, including a large menu of specific foods to automatically pick the exact settings. So far, and somewhat surprisingly, I have found the food menu to be completely accurate. First time we've had a Frigidaire product in our kitchen since I was a little boy (which was before they required seat belts in cars (the lap belts not the shoulder straps)) My mom's refrigerator worked for her for 30 years. If that's the case with this microwave, maybe my grandchildren will need to replace it some day.

I replaced a Whirlpool microwave with this one. My biggest complaint is that the installation instructions are poor and the diagram on where to drill the top mounting holes is off by 1/8 -1/4 inch. You can get 2 of the 3 holes lined up, but the 3rd is off and you don't have a lot of options after you drill the HUGE holes. I ended up using large washers to compensate once I ended up drilling the holes a bit larger and contorting to make the screws fit. While my wife held the microwave from falling for 20 minutes. Yes 3 holes for who knows why when every other microwave only has 2 - which make lining up the holes less of an issue. Once installed, the microwave gets a grade of B-. Besides the installation hassle, some other points of note. First, it takes quite a pull/push to open/close the door. Second, the end of cycle and reminder beep is long and loud even if you set the sound to "low". Very annoying, we set the sound to "off" which means you have to check and remember to get your stuff out of the microwave without and warnings. Finally, the setup menu is poor. It sort of "rotates" and you have to watch and push "start" quickly once your choice shows on the screen. All in all, an OK unit but the Whirlpool unit is better for the same price. I only purchased this unit to match the other Frigidaire Gallery series appliance we were purchasing.

It looks and works great! It matched perfectly with the other kitchen appliances I purchased at best buy.

I love the fact that it is above my range. It is alot bigger than the one I had so it's easier to heat more than 1 thing at a time.I like that I can turn off the turntable.

Looking at the variety I decided to select this model for the extra features that are worth the extra $$. Happy is the Home with a Frigidaire!

My mother picked this microwave for her kitchen and my father was able to install it for her. Everything was very simple and now they love it.

The microwave is easy to use. The ability to thaw frozen meat is a big asset with this microwave. The two fan speeds are a bit loud though.

I bought the whole Frigidaire gallery appliances and this microwave was the last piece. It completed my kitchen. It looks and works great.

I love my new Frigidaire microwave. The smart look brings the whole kitchen together, it feels fresh and modern. However, the most important thing is its function of heating up leftovers, cooking just about anything and heating up your morning coffee. No more hot/cold spots. It cooks evenly. If I were you, I would buy one of these today!

Good product. Heats quickly, cleans easily. Has enough power to microwave common foods such as popcorn.
