    After returning the first microwave the second one was a winner! I have to say that the return went extremely well. We took the defective one to a local store that had the same make and model and the exchange was very smooth. Just the pain of having to remove the first and install the second. We were overall happy with test exchange..

    I really like this microwave. It's beautiful to look at and has plenty of cooking power. I do have a few issues with it though that made me take a star way from the rating: 1) The vent fan is very weak. It barely draws any smoke from the cook top when cooking. 2) The over-range lights are not that bright. Also, why didn't they use LEDs? 3) The buttons for the fan and over-range light are a pain to use. You have to hold them down to get them to work, not just a quick button push. Once you're used to it though, it's not that bad. 4) The door is hard to open and close. It takes quite a bit of force and makes a lot of noise. This wouldn't keep me from buying it again though. Overall, this is a very nice microwave.
