This is a replacement Mwave OTR oven, with the other having lasted a little over 9 years. I have no complaints nor do I expect to have any. They have improved the oven in small areas, such as inside lighting and the display. Although it has the same power output, it seems to heat food and cook food a little bit faster. I would recommend this appliance.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it has a butter setting that made my butter blow up! I was really excited when I found out it has a melt butter option, didn’t work!! Other than that it’s great!

Sorry to hear you are not getting enough “juice” into your microwave.
Please check your appliance’s installation instructions for the proper location for the power supply. The electrical requirements are a 120 volt 60 Hz, AC only, 15 amp. or more protected electrical supply. It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only the microwave oven be provided. The microwave oven is equipped with a 3-prong grounding plug. It must be plugged into a wall receptacle that is properly installed and grounded. In some cases, an improper power supply may affect your unit’s performance.

AND installation was quoted as two days where other stores were asking higher price, up to two weeks for installation and charging over $100. Love my microwave - it is beautiful! Had the same brand prior. And with the price & installation it became even more beautiful!

I am hoping to add a black stainless freestanding range in the near future. One minor drawback on the microwave: when your item is finished and the completed signal starts, you must hit the stop button or it will signal relentlessly. Can be an annoyance if you are not near the kitchen.
