I started having issues with the rack sparking a fire inside the microwave months later. Once I took the rack out, it worked fine. I had to call Frigidaire to have a tech look at it. It took months before my microwave was replaced.

We are very pleased with our purchase as this is a great microwave with brighter clock and under microwave light. Featires are great on this piece

They made me wait 2 days before I could even return it. Then then they had to reorder it. They didn’t have any in stock. I went to Lowe’s and and got one. Same price and in stock!

I purchased the microwave to replace the same model that, after 2.5 years, broke. I would never have purchased this model if I didn't want it to match my other appliances. So...feel very comfortable buying from Best Buy...just don't go with Frigidaire! (Easy to use....until it breaks.)
