I’ve had this microwave for a month and the inside light flickers while heating.. Unfortunately it’s too late to return..

It microwaves and does all of its functions as expected. But my god, you can tell the penny pinchers were involved here. -The door latch is so tightly spring you’re basically slamming it to shut it. Shuts with a hollow and cheap sound as well. None of this can be adjusted. -The charcoal filters fit in place so loosely that they’re PUSHED OUT OF THE WAY BY THE AIRFLOW, meaning they don’t filter! I had to stuff two of them in the slot to get around this. -The beeps are 1980s annoying and the most bothersome sounds I’ve ever heard from an appliance. It’s only one step down from a fire alarm in annoyance. -The LED cooktop lights are so cold that I cannot use them as I have warm/soft white lighting in my home. And they can’t be replaced with a warmer color at all as they’re not bulbs, but little proprietary LED boards. -The LED display is an ugly green. -I find myself sometimes having to push buttons twice for them to register. -It’s not the quietest microwave ever when in operation. Sometimes it makes this weird subtle vibrating noise that sounds like it’s about to die. -The turntable emits random high pitched squeaking as it turns. This microwave overall is an auditory nightmare. My last whirlpool microwave was the same price range as this one but much better built, with a softer closing door, normal cooktop lighting, better filter fitment, and a softer musical signal for cycle finishes. I will not be recommending this microwave.

Sound like an old man but they don't seem to make things like they used to. We bought the whole gallery electric suite (our second set) after having much affinity for the first set. Pretty disappointed that a little over a year, this microwave continually blows the breaker. Electrician says everything is good and I tried to change the fuse. Manufacturers warranty expired now and my options are to pay a repair person who may not be able to fix it or buy a new one with Geeksquad protection, but am not sure this issue would be covered...

After about a year the microwave began tripping the circuit breaker and its on it's own breaker! Of course the warranty is out. A service provider told us the problem was sensors where the door closes are bad and blowing the microwave fuse. Cost to fix was almost 200.00. We decided on another brand microwave rather than fix it. Very disappointed. I really liked it until now

As noted in other reviews, this microwave worked fine for a year, and then began tripping the circuit breaker. This got progressively worse. When looking to replace it, I looked at the reviews, and noticed this was a common issue. I also noticed the customer service was posting responses. Thus, I called their customer service. All they are offering is to charge a $99 service fee plus whatever the cost of the fix is to resolve. Do not let their responses on the reviews fool you. They are not fixing the problem if the microwave is out of the standard 1 year warranty. Do not buy!

This line has a "smudgeless" stainless finish. It's actually a clear coat on a stainless that has low nickle content and high iron content. This actually allows a magnet to stick to the "stainless". However, DO NOT put magnets on these appliances as the clear coat will scratch. In addition, the clear coat on our microwave has started to show spots. It looks like it's not clean, but it's actually a flaw in the finish. The other appliances are not doing this, just the microwave. This microwave also has the world's MOST ANNOYING beep at the conclusion of a heating cycle. It beeps three times as if once isn't enough. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it drives me NUTS! If you don't run over to it right away, it beeps 3 more times, and so on and so on. I've actually thought about researching a hack to reprogram the thing... it's that annoying!

Purchased in April 2018 and it quit working on January 5, 2023. Like a lot of current products this microwave had a short lifespan of 4 years and 8 months. We have repaired many electrical appliances over the years and tried to repare this unit multiple ways but nothing worked. Will now have to make another "investment" for an over the stove Microwave.

Quiet and warm food quickly east to use buttons are laid out well

Great microwave. No complaints. I wanted a stainless steel finish. This was stated it was all black in front. Turned out it was stainless like I wanted. Just watch the descriptions they use for item u r looking at. It’s just what I wanted but I thought I was having to settle for a black one. I was pleased with the outcome.

Bought this and the electric stove to go with it. Easy to hang, worked great for the first few days and than the Megatron went on it. I will be bringing it back for a replacement because I like it so much. The sensor heating works great. You can always get a dud in any manufacturers unit. Jason and Ryan at the Collegeville,PA store are the best two best buy employees I have ever dealt with.

I thought because this Microwave was Frigidaire top of the line that it might be a great product however it only lasted 4 yrs before it shorted out. I have also had problems with the rest of my appliances which were all Frigidaire Gallery series that were purchased at the same time. I wont buy Frigidaire again.

Bought during kitchen remodel. Installed on a circuit by itself. Started tripping circuit regardless of what circuit it is on. Repairman said it's an issue with the microwave itself and of course it is JUST out of the warranty period. Now will need to be replaced - not sure I will buy another Frigidaire. Disappointed because I loved the look and have always loved Frigidaire products.

I am very happy with my purchase. I never had a problem with this brand.

My home builder was DR Horton, who used all Fridgeaire. The microwave we used less than 50 times keeps blowing the main breaker. Also, the dishwasher is having issues as well. Do not buy Fridgair JUNK.

Worked well for 3 years, then started tripping the circuit breaker (microwave was the only thing on the circuit), eventually started making a loud buzzing noise and completely stopped working at 3 1/2 years. Worked fine up until that time. Am in a new neighborhood where we all have this brand/model and several have had similar or the same issues.

Bought this 03/22 and soon after the one year warranty expired it quit heating food and liquids. Unplugged it and it started working until it didn’t. This happened several times. Contacted Frigidaire and was told sorry it out of warranty. Now 2 1/2 years later it stopping heating anything and unplugging it won’t work. This Frigidaire microwave and Frigidaire customer support has been a nightmarish disappointment.

We purchased this microwave in August of 2018. On Christmas Eve, 2019, it just quit when we opened the door. Repair person changed the switch. One year later, December, 2020, it happened again. A microwave for this money should last longer. Will not buy this brand again.

So far, it works great, but the fan whether on low or high is extremely loud. Not sure I would have bought it had I known this...

Fits the opening beneath the cabinet perfectly. It has a nicer appearance than the previous model it replaced. Quieter fan & LED is much brighter. So pleased with the purchase.

fine at heating up food but when your timer is finished it beeps at the most deafening frequency and volume of any microwave i’ve ever used. not only that but it initially has 3 long beeps and will continue to produce long, loud beeps until you open the door. SO ANNOYING
