Exactly what I expected and works perfectly as advertised.

Very satisfied with the microwave. However I had to replace my first one after only 3 weeks because it just stopped working for no apparent reason. I hope the replacement does not have the same fate.

Bought this in mid-December to replace another Frigidaire Gallery microwave that had the *worst* end alarm. It did not have a setting to change it. So when I bought a new oven I went for the whole package. This microwave is powerful and the alarm is good.

Just got this beautiful microwave installed above my range. It is always a pleasure to do business with Best Buy. From the employees, Geek Squad, and the installers that are always pleasant, courteous and efficient.

A much greater addition to my kitchen with all the bells and whistles. And more efficient than older models.

Works great for now! Time will tell how long it lasts. Replaces another Gallery microwave that failed after just 5 years.

cooks evenly. Has exactly the features that I use. Time, power level, and rotates while heating up. So far the smudge proof stainless steel has held up.

The microwave is excellent and the people who installed it were open to answering questions

I love the look, style, and fit of this model. The zero-turn for the door is perfect for my needs, as my cabinets are exactly 30", and other models by most other manufacturers require at least 31" to be able to open the door. Unforutnately, the fan motor stopped working after about 2 weeks. Service was decent to deal with (although I told them exactly what was wrong, but the initial tech showed up without any parts that would have repaired it - he just verified the issue). Also, I was lucky to check the warranty date when I first registered - apparently they had set the date to 6 months prior to my purchase, so without a bit of arm-twisting, would have only gotten a 6 month warranty. Based on some re-evaluation after the unit is fixed, I will update the review from it's current Average, should that be warranted.

Heats food evenly cooks food. Easy to use control panels.

This microwave has so many cool features that i dont ecej know what they do. It just reheats my food better than any microwave ive had before. Bright under light. Fan is loud.
