    THIS ONE UNIT CAME DEFECTIVE, IT TRIPS MY BREAKER . LOOKING FOR BESTBUY TO GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT

    Terrible service Went to Best Buy and asked for help with purchase of a built in microwave. BB sent a representative to my house to assess the situation and take measurements. I went back to BB and a sales person sold me a microwave with installation . Two weeks later the installers showed up with an over the range model which was too large. I then went back to BB and asked if they could PLEASE sell me an appliance that would fit. After interacting with a sales rep. they informed me, “we can’t help you.”

    bought 2 of these items because the spec list it as a size i needed and turned out to be a different size than liste.

    Frigidaire Gallery Microwave is a great addition to our kitchen renovations updating all appliances. We bought all the Frigidaire Gallery appliances and just live them all!! His microwave is easy to figure out with all the new features. I highly recommend!!

    Purchased this to replace a lower end Frigidaire model. This model is much quieter and does not have the long, annoying beeps the previous model had.

    Do NOT order the installation service!!!

    I ordered this microwave along with the delivery and installation service. I was in the basement of my home and missed the installers call when they arrive. I called them back 30 minutes later, several times and they would not answer and then turned off their phone. Best Buy only allows you to text their help staff, and the only help they provided was to give me the number for Geek Squad. I called Geek Squad who said I had to call the installation company. I called the installation company who said they couldn't get in touch with the installer and I'd have to reschedule for another day. I told them don't bother because I'm going to return the microwave and cancel the service and tried to contact Best Buy again. However, you can't actually get anyone at Best Buy on the phone so I had to go through the "Chat Bot" several times to get a real person to text me they "do not have the option to cancel installation. Our team will call you 1 hours before visiting your home. Then you can declined the service." When I texted back that I didn't even understand what they were saying because the installer had come and gone and nothing was rescheduled they said "I request you to please contact us back after 24 hours we will help you with cancellation." Mind blown. And I cannot find an actual person I can call and talk to at Best Buy. I should have known better than to purchase a service like this through Best Buy--I've had problems with customer service there in the past.

    Functional but flimsy.

    The unit works fine but the materials and construction are surprisingly flimsy. As a result it makes more noise from vibration when operating, including just the exhaust fan. It was a less expensive model and I suppose you get what you pay for, but our previous unit for the same price was much more heavy and solid.
