If you are looking for an inexpensive refrigerator and not a top of the line, this is recommended. Only one control to deal with. Good design, good interior space and fair shelving distribution.

There is not a lot of space but it is efficiently organized. The quality is so so. They don't make them like they used to. I am replacing a similar Maytag unit which was 22 years old! I doubt if this will last that long. Watch out for the bumpy rides it gets during shipping and delivery! This is my 3rd one. The first was dented and the second had a malfunction. Watch out for the tape and glue...very time consuming to clean!

Posted .Karen, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We understand that you are experiencing concerns with your new refrigerator. For the leaking underneath, we would recommend checking the drain pan. When your appliance defrosts, water from the evaporator goes down the drain tube and into the "Drain Pan" underneath the refrigerator. Some causes of a full drain pan could be the condenser fan not working, air leak causing the Evaporator to ice up excessively and heavy refrigerator use under extremely humid conditions. Please check for warm air flow coming from under the refrigerator (good thing), ensure that doors are being closed properly and if you are in a humid area you may want to invest in a dehumidifier.
