Despite a few negative reviews, I decided to purchase this fridge. The cooling system didnt even work and was blowing warm air throughout the fridge/freezer. Lost alot of food and got a replacement. The second one came nearly perfect however, the back wall of the freezer is icing up and there were a few drops of water that leaked onto the top shelf of my fridge. I had a repairman come out who changed the settings to a warmer one as he said I didn't have enough food in either section to warrant a cooler temp. (How can you blame me, 3 wks in and still tramatized by my food loss). Later that evening I had an even bigger puddle in my fridge so I changed the setting yet again hoping that will stop the issue. I really want to love this fridge for my small family, but the jury is still out because of the issues.

Bought this to replace my aging refrigerator that was causing weird electrical problems (dimming and brightening of lights whenever it kicked on) in my home before it finally died with a bang. Best Buy delivery was on time and they set up everything great. I love this refrigerator! It's very energy efficient and quieter than my old refrigerator and I love the "Custom Flex Door" feature that allows me great flexibility in organizing the storage space. The bottom crisper drawers are clear so you can easily see all your items. Lots of space to store my food and it keeps my stuff nice and cold. Plus it's one great looking refrigerator!

Two GE frigs failing brought us to the beautiful Frigidaire Gallery FGRT1845QF, very smart stainless steel, nice look, inside and out. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before buying. The delivery man said leave the settings at normal for 48 hours before changing. I called Frigidaire the next day asking why there were frozen droplets on the back of the freezer. She asked if it was too close to the wall: no. “Once it runs on a regular basis it will begin to heat up and melt those drops.” By day 3 those drops were still frozen on the back of the freezer with frost on the food containers, soft ice cream and water dripping inside the refrigerator. The frig was warmer than our old one and so was the freezer, so we increased both temperatures. The ice cream never firmed up, water bottles in the door were never cold and the soda cans in the frig were warmer than expected and the inside of the frig continued dripping, only it would skim freezer the top of the small puddle. When we returned to the showroom we checked the floor model to find a small drip on the top shelf.

Works OK and the price is right, but only looks good at a glance. The sides and front door(Which is not even real stainless, as magnets stick to it) have a wavy, buckled appearance that is hard to notice at first, but is glaring from certain angles. Best buy was good about trying to make it right, but each of the 3 subsequent replacements had the same flaw, so I finally had to go with a different fridge. If you go with any Fridgidaire model, Inspect the front and side for dents upon delivery or U will have to live with it in your kitchen.

This refrigerator is pretty good. Very spacious and I love the fact that you can rearrange the door. However, the bottom plastic breaks off easily and is not covered by warranty.

I picked this fridge due to it not being as deep as other ones, price was good as well. It works well, been 2 days though. Lighting is good. My issue is that it's loud, much louder than the 17 year old one it replaced, but I prefer a working loud fridge as opposed to a non working quiet one. Hopefully it blends in with other background noises soon.

we needed a new fridge after our old one stopped working. this one is fantastic. I love the stainless steel and it def is smudge proof which I love.

After a month freezer iced up. Repair man came and spent an hour. Noisy with a miserable squeak and even after repair icing up again. Best Buy is awesome and is willing to take it back. Frigidaire has the worst costumer service. Unless you are prepared to spend hours on the phone with them don't buy this product.

This refrigerator looks expensive but is definitely affordable.

This is the cheapest refrigerator I ever saw in my life!!! The plastic rips off the new refrig and leaves glue stuck on the door, can't get it off. The inside trays and shelves are cheap and could bust easily. The refrigerator is the LOUDEST I've ever heard in my life. The only thing I like about it is the no smudge finger prints and light in freezer.

Most newer refrigerators now have LED lighting (white light) , stainless body and movable shelves. However, this refrigerator is very noisy. From a low-noise hum it elevates to a loud continuos ping sound that comes from the compressor. I did read this negative factor from other buyers before purchasing it thinking that mine will not. The loud noise is more noticeable at night when the rest of the house noise, i.e. TV, microwave and wash/drier are off.

Refrigerator has icicles in the freezer & leaks Water inside the refrigerator even after multiple visits from the repair guy. Frigidaire doesn't seem to have a fix for the issues

We purchased this refrigerator instead repairing an older one that actually had a more modern design. The freezer on the new fridge hasn't sealed well, letting ice form on the bottom of the door and melting into the floor. We've had a repairman out twice. Since he has replaced the gasket already, the next step he suggested is to sand down a section of the frame and fill it in with silicone. For a two-month old product?!

Very good size fridge. Surprised how much space was inside. Alot of storage and good starter fridge for those starting a home.

my wife and i really like the space this fridge has to offer. the stainless is a great finish, several of our family memeber love as well as our friends,and price was also great.

If you don't care how loud it is, and don't really put anything in it, it might be just fine. It's reasonably cold and magnets stick to it, but it's not worth the money if you want a decent fridge. Within a year the plastic supporting the top shelf cracked and within 3 years every shelf and drawer has cracked and been replaced at least once. I'm not storing bricks in there, this thing is just creap junk.

Replaced my old Frigidaire with this one. Everything is alright except It is very noisy when it runs. The big noise can be heard everywhere from upstairs to downstairs. It really bothers us. The Frigidaire should improve it. The older one is much quitter than this latest Gallery model. Very disappointed, had to return it and bought a Whirlpool. Waiting for the delivery. The best Buy service is great, they really help the people.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE! This is my third, the previous two arrived damaged and malfunctioning. This current fridge makes loud cracking/popping sounds followed by loud humming when it cycles on. This is very disruptive at nights. The tech at GEEK squad customer service claims this is a normal feature of this fridge. He was curt (bordering on rude) and totally uncaring. I will avoid Frigidaire and Best Buy in the future!

Worked for two months, then started dripping. Fridge won't stay cold. Four service visits from Frigidaire's repair tech. Replaced the fan once and another part twice. Still not working. Frigidaire won't replace unit. They want the repair service to try more fixes. Repair service says no, they can do nothing. Meanwhile it's been a month with no fridge.

i am a fan of traditional fridges (top freezer, lower fridge, 1 door each) and this is my 2nd Frigidaire Refrigerator. Nice and cold, the LED lights are a must-have in the freezer. Unfortunately the time I had to spend on the phone waiting to connect to Customer Service, getting 2 replacements request in, wasting my days waiting on deliveries, it really wasn't worth it. I had to get ask for 2 replacements because with the first one there was some sort of glue that was oozing out along the edges inside the Fridge & Freezer (by the lights) after using it for a couple of days. Also, the first fridge had a patch-up hole on the ceiling of the Fridge too! The First Delivery was a nightmare (waited from 12pm to 9pm) and I couldn't leave the house to get food because they keep saying that "they are almost here, they are on the way". Customer Service didn't help much as I was on hold half the time asking where the truck is. The Second Delivery was better but the 2nd fridge was scratched up and door didn't close all the way and the unit was right out of the box too! 3rd Delivery was also late but the Fridge is finally okay! Get it if you must, but be prepare to ask for product exchanges & please stock up on food on the day of delivery (just in case)
