I am very pleased with this product. Plus, the gentlemen who delivered, installed, and hauled away were very efficient, polite, and helpful. My entire experience from buying to receiving the merchandise was 5-star. I will most dfinitely consider buying more appliances from Best Buy. The gentlemen who delivered the refrigerator were right on time--no waiting.

It's very spacious and easy to clean! Also it has enough shelves.

Overall a basic model with no frills. A. Little nossey but for a basic model and price it's okay not great. The delivery was lousy in that I had two delays from 100 to 300 and then another to 500 to anther then finally it made it by 730 in the evening. Frustrated. A waste of a full day. Oh and the refrige had a scratch on the front door to make it worst but I got a refund of 50.00. Still not worth the headache and the wait. It was a minor scratch but still frustrating

I have limited choices due to the space of my fridge but this has been a solid purchase so far. I wouldn't say great but fits our needs. THE NOT SO GOOD: It runs a little loud and the top door doesn't always stay fully sealed. We had to change the door when we got it and that was challenging but not difficult, just time consuming. THE GOOD: Love the LED lights in both the freezer and frig. The door compartments are great and configurable which allows us to put more stuff to feed hungry teenagers. It also frees up the main space in the fridge to put larger containers. It is not a big unit but fits right for our tighter space and we can still put important notes on the frid with our magnets. :-) Love to put motivational quotes on there before the kids get their snacks or 3rd breakfast

Love this new refrigerature! Easy to clean and spacious

This fridge does everything it says it's going to do, keep your food fresh and your freezer items frozen. I bought an out of the box model and saved a bunch of money, totally worth it. Now this fridge doesn't have all the fanciness features that are out there, but if you're looking for simplicity and style, this is it.

This refrigerator has a familiar look combined with a modern stainless steel look! The finish is remarkable ...no fingerprints. It is easily cleaned. The look without the work. Would purchase again.

Had to order an ice maker from Amazon because best buy didn't have it. Optional ice maker so it's not that big of a deal breaker.

Not as noisy as some reviews. Simply put it gets the job done and looks good. The only negative is you do see fingerprints smudges.

My fiancé and I had been fridge hunting for a while and came across this fridge during a trip off the mountain where we live. Love the ability to reorganize the door shelves and plenty of space. Delivery was on time and took less than 20 min. Friendly service in every aspect and a great product.

Does not cool properly and freezer can not get down to the temperature recommended for food safety. I was told after numerous service calls by the supervisor of Frigidaire's customer service is that's just the way they are today and there is nothing they can do. NOT SO! I removed the Frigidaire from my kitchen and use it in the basement to keep soda cool and purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator that I am very happy with. Do not take my word for this, be sure to read other reviews before purchasing... I wish I did! Side note: I was very happy with the manager of the Concord, NH Best Buy, he went out of his way to assist me. Avoid this product!

The only problem I have is that the door has begun to squeek badly and we cant seem to find out what the problem is.

We had to get a new refrigerator because our old was was on it’s way out. We bought this one because it would fit our kitchen space and match our other appliances. It has been a good basic refrigerator, but nothing more than that, basic. It is loud and it knocks and you can hear it sizzling and according to the owner’s manual, that is all normal. The lights are on the side walls and if you put something next to it, it blocks the lights. The good thng is that they’re inside the wall so you don’t accidentally bump them. The freezer doesn’t do a hard freeze, it is more like a smoothie type freeze if you have it on the recommended settings. I would recommend it for a person looking for something that does it’s jobs, but don’t expect any frills, except that you can rearrange the shelving on the door.

Love the frig, not so much the freezer, ice cream stays soft, never gets hard.

I have downsized. I wanted something roomy yet smaller. I love the size, finish and the way shelves are arranged.

The refrigerator is the perfect size for our kitchen configuration and is attractive and quiet! Highly Recommend. We received great customer service from Best Buy.

We do like this refrigerator; it is so much better than the one we had. Love the light in the freezer.

It is hard to find many refrigerators in this size class. Luckily this is a good one. Stays smudge free.

Out last fridge was made in the early 90s so this is a huge upgrade in every way. While I can't compare it easily to modern fridges I can say that it is roomy, has a good level of customization with the shelves, and is on the quieter side though no where near silent.
