After searching for a built-in microwave all over the internet I found this one to have the size we needed and the price we wanted!!

Works great and looks nice just gets messy with fingerprints easily, but that’s easy to clean

This was the closest to the size for my built-in space and priced comparably well. Although it doesn't fit perfectly, I was able to use the surround I had. As others have mentioned, the alert sound when done is loud but I've gotten use to it. It works well.

Simple microwave providing basic services. Fingerprints marks easily visible on surface make it annoying and demand constant cleaning.

Got this as the last available unit in the store and it happens to be open box. Got a huge discount off of it but other than the box was open, everything inside was brand new. Installation was done by a contractor so no comments there. Everything works and it looks great!

I have had this microwave for approximately one month and it Delivers on what is promises to do. My prior microwave was 15 yrs. old so I did not realize how inefficient it was. This microwave defrosts and cooks much quicker. It is very quiet and is streamlined in its looks. Overall, it’s a great choice!

Very quiet microwave. Super easy to use. Controls are easy to read. Larger cook space than the built in microwave it replaced. Very satisfied.

I'm sure I'll love it when it gets here in 2-1/2 weeks. :) I'm really getting tired of my tiny W-M 'get-by' version. Seems we just can't live without a microwave. All the black stainless microwaves were out of stock when I ordered this several weeks ago. Ratings below are just guesses.

I purchased this microwave and the suggested 30" trim for a wall oven/microwave cabinet I was building. The microwave was better than expected. It has all of the features I was looking for. Microwave fits the cabinet well and matches the oven I have. The perfect combination. The microwave works well and the interior larger than I thought it would be.

Haven't put it to use yet but have inspected it and my cabinet man thinks it's a quality purchase too! I really don't expect any problems and I know that Best Buy will be there to make it right! Still finishing the kitchen remodel but will be using soon, can't wait!

This item is of great quality, easy to install and use. Glad that I made the right decision to buy it.

This is a really nice oven. It is spacious and the clean lines of the interior design allows for easy cleaning. Extra large turntable is great. One major flaw is the alarm beeps when your timed cooking cycle is done. It is almost like the oven is angry, and it gets more aggressive quickly if it is not silenced by pressing the off button. And if you leave it unaddressed for a full minute, its gets more aggressive. Somebody with a real bad attitude designed this feature, and worst of all, there is no way to shut off this setting. MEH!

This microwave oven cooks very evenly and cooks faster. better than my Samsung model ME21M706BAS microwave. I also like it does not have a chrome shelf inside. I have never used the shelf inside a microwave oven. To me, the shelf is just an unused nuisance.
