I'm able to lock the unit to prevent children from accidently using the unit. Large display. The button to open the door has to be touched in a certain spot to open, not the middle.

It seems like it will never go off. You will learn to get your food IMMEDIATELY to avoid it.

I really don't expect any problems and I know that Best Buy will be there to make it right! Still finishing the kitchen remodel but will be using soon, can't wait!

Got a huge discount off of it but other than the box was open, everything inside was brand new. Installation was done by a contractor so no comments there. Everything works and it looks great!
