It keeps being delayed. We bought it a few months ago and it keeps getting delayed We are very dissatisfied with Best Buy’s performance I will not be referring others to your company and will seek other sources for future products

It was just a hair larger than our previous microwave. We employed a professional to install it. The frame for the microwave did not have any vents and was really expensive.

Microwave not heating up
