Microwave with frame (pending)

We are still waiting on the frame to arrive. It’s been on back order & it’s needed badly.

Thus one cooks better and the power level works better than the last one. The 50% level appears to be 50% power. Had it for a monthe and so far so good. No problems noted.

Turned the clock off because the display is old school digital and the matching oven has modern LED clock. But that may not matter to you? The soften melt feature with differentiation between chocolate, cream, cheese, and ice cream is nice!

The unlock feature is somewhat unnecessary for my household but I can see how it will benefit a house with small children.

But customer service for Frigidaire is awful! The rotating ring was broken when we got the microwave, and it was next to impossible to that part. Website, chat, phone - very frustrating. When I did talk to someone, they wanted to charge me for the part. Finally was able to get it under "warranty".
