It’s 2.2 cu ft which we were looking for and couldn’t find many as built in . Like the sensor cook and reheat and plenty on conventional preset . We are still waiting for the trim kit , but So far we love it

But customer service for Frigidaire is awful! The rotating ring was broken when we got the microwave, and it was next to impossible to that part. Website, chat, phone - very frustrating. When I did talk to someone, they wanted to charge me for the part. Finally was able to get it under "warranty".

Turned the clock off because the display is old school digital and the matching oven has modern LED clock. But that may not matter to you? The soften melt feature with differentiation between chocolate, cream, cheese, and ice cream is nice!

All my casserole dishes fit. Love the settings and that I can use the timer and cook at the same time without having to reset the timer

The trim kit which was promised at the time of purchase did not come. Now I'm staring at a microwave which has ugly space around it because of the lack of a trim kit. they contract out the install to some third party who has no clue and wash their hands off of everything. The third parties represent Best Buy's reputation. So what gives??? The chat agents are equally pathetic. When a sale needs to happen, promises are given, left and right. I am such a long standing customer but that's of no value any longer. Its a freaking rat race to get service anymore

We have not yet installed as we just received the trim kit and it was dented so it needed to be returned. Hopefully the replacement will be better.

The unlock feature is somewhat unnecessary for my household but I can see how it will benefit a house with small children.
