The installation was very simple and delivery was great. It has bright display and easy to understand buttons with lots of different functions for the expert and the person who just punches in the quick start. The price was in line with other retailers. I prefer purchasing from Best Buy.

It was just a hair larger than our previous microwave. We employed a professional to install it. The frame for the microwave did not have any vents and was really expensive.

Microwave not heating up
