Overall, this seems to be a great fridge for our family. We have 4 in our household and we're heavy on the snacks! I love the 2 "Snackzone" areas below the fruit/veg drawers! Great use of space that'd be otherwise wasted- they each fit string cheese & beef sticks perfectly! I thought we'd lose some space due to the counter depth design, but with how efficiently they designed the interior, it feels like we gained space. We are really loving the "Flex" option on the bottom!! We use the left flex zone as a drink fridge (but keep it set to the "meat" temp because the "drink" setting didnt keep our drinks at a cold enough temp for our liking. This does mean that we have just the right bottom side for freezer use and that worried me at first, but it's actually been perfect! It forces us to stay organized and means i haven't lost track of any freezer items. My one & only complaint (and that's a strong word) is the fridge is relatively noisy. Much noisier than our refrigerators in the past. The ice maker is the loudest, when it refills with water it can be heard on the other side of the house (1200 sq. ft. house).

We do not know who caused the problem but you need to be very cautious on scratches on this refrigerator. We had three times delivered and it still came with minor scratches. We are holding to get a fourth one yet until being compensated by Best Buy, which they promised over two weeks ago. It’s just so much trouble getting it ready for a delivery every time, being available almost all day on a delivery day. At some point, our time is more precious than getting a non scratched refrigerator. As for the refrigerator, we like it very much and it seems to be working well for the tight space we have, other than the issue stated above.

Looks good and I like it so far ,having he option of freezer or beverage is nice . Snack drawer is small not much fits there but the rest is good so far ! fast and excellent delivery

Great refrigerator! Love that it has a wine cooler / freezer option. Fits perfectly in our lifestyle and kitchen.

Do not buy! Freezer temp showed 10 degrees. Geek Squad came out said a part was bad. Referred me to Frigidaire for warranty service. Frigidaire sent me to their third party repair. They came out 5 times making repairs each time getting worse and worse, so much that our food spoiled and fridge and freezer were 83 degrees. Finally Electrolux rep came out and said 10 degree freezer was acceptable but he would put in a request that we get a replacement. Purchased this fridge May 11, 2025. It’s now Aug 1 and no response from Electrolux and my freezer temp is 12 degrees.

Good buy! This is pretty roomy for a counter-depth refrigerator. I love the the left half of the bottom freezer can also be independently turned up and used as a fridge. Very useful around holiday meals. It's also fairly quiet and doesn't mark up with fingerprints easily. The only issues I have had are two: Tall bottles need to be laid down for storage and the left door is a little picky about how it is closed for a proper seal. Other than those items, it's a beaut.

Love my new fridge, it is so awesome with the flex zone and the shelves and drawers on the bottom all pull out to make it easier on my back. Much easier than a fridge with a giant bottom drawer. I do wish there were handles for the top on the inside sides instead of just inbetween the top and bottom.

Love the fact that one side of the lower fridge can be used as freezer or refrigerator. You can change around depending on your needs. It also looks very upscale. Fingerprints just wipe right off. No more getting out the stainless steel cleaner.

The Frigidaire Gallery 21.3 Cu refrigerator is an absolute stunner. Despite my extensive search across the web for reviews, it appeared to be a new model with limited feedback available. However, this seemingly lesser-known gem turned out to be a fantastic find. Purchased at a discounted price from Best Buy, thanks to my membership benefits as a My Best Buy Plus and Total Tech member, this fridge exceeded my expectations. Its interior is impressively sleek and surprisingly spacious for a counter-depth size. I'm delighted with both the product and the exemplary service provided by Best Buy. I wholeheartedly recommend this fridge to anyone in need of a smaller yet capacious refrigerator that operates quietly, boasts a sophisticated look, and is exceptionally well-designed inside and out. My wife and I absolutely love it!

The delivery was on time and easy to track the timing. Also the refrigerator has very space in both area and is easy to see what I have in the freezer

This is a great fridge overall. I would recommend it to others. Here are the bullet points -It cools down super fast, and was at temperature about 6 hours after delivery Be aware that the "boost" cooling modes will run the fan faster and make the fridge louder -variable temp compartment is awesome and a fun feature. - The vegetable bin on the right side above the freezer is colder than the rest of the fridge and we've had some freezing produce in there - the ice bin is SMALL. There is an option 2nd ice maker you can purchase but the capacity of the existing one is tiny- the ice cubes are also tiny, about half the size of a normal ice cube. The ice maker is LOUD. there is a loud thumping every couple hours and I would not recommend this fridge if it will be sharing a wall with a bedroom. -They don't really give you enough door racks- you get two for the freezer for example when there are 3 spaces for a rack to fit- it's really just penny pinching IMO. -There are not a lot of configuration options overall but things fit pretty well and I can't complain so far -The fridge looks great- seriously pretty -You can open the vegetable drawer on the right with only one door open but the one on the left won't come out all the way unless you open both doors.

The layout maximizes space and the flex area makes sure we never run out of room for our family of 5. Huge upgrade from our 17 year old refrigerator that went out in May. We received the new fridge a few short weeks later and have been amazed by all of space, including the ability to stand up a full thermos mug in the ice/water dispenser in the door. Bonus is the crushed ice feature. Quiet, and cold, we are hoping for a comparable life span to the one it replaced.

I love it! The design is very functional with pull-out drawers and shelves inside the two lower doors, making food access easily reachable. The price was phenomenal. One of the lower doors is convertible to a freezer. Because it's a counter-depth refrigerator, rather than a frameless built-in model, it is easy to clean under and behind it when needed.

Picked the refrigerator because of the streamlined appearance and the counter depth/four doors which saves a lot of space when the doors are open in our galley kitchen. Bonus is the flex zone on the bottom left door that allows a refrigerator with multiple cold settings or a freezer. The ice machine can be heard when dumping/filling but we’ve gotten used to it. Great performance, aesthetic and functionality.

To start, the design of this fridge is great and its cooling system works really well. The left side can toggle between settings which allows versatile use at any time. BUT I have received two fridges both with electrical issues. The first one would not pick up the door was closed and beeped non-stop. Best buy took weeks to bring a new one and delivered while I was out of the country. The new one buzzes extremely loud, however, I am now outside of the delivery date and will need to deal with warranty to have my brand-new fridge serviced. Fridge nightmare saga continues.

I really like the sleek lines of this fridge. It's a little small on the inside but that is to be expected from a counter-depth fridge. The glass shelves and the compartments on the door can be configured multiple ways to accommodate taller items. This fridge works well for a 2 - 3 person family.

This Frigidaire - Gallery 21.3 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel has been perfect for us! With 5 kids, the bottom left door works perfectly for snacks! It is low-profile and takes up much less space, while still having enough room for groceries for 1-2 Weeks for a family of 7! The produce drawers are AMAZING! Our fresh fruit and veggies last so much longer than they did in our old refrigerator!

The beverage space offers plenty of room, making it quite functional. The fridge is handy, and the freezer provides good space as well. Plus, it boasts a modern design that adds a nice touch.

Best refrigerator I have ever had. The interior design is well thought out to maximize storage space for a wide variety of sized items. The bottom flex door is genius. Exterior has a sleek designer appearance. Love the size of the ice cubes. Perfect for drinks. Great Best Buy delivery !

We love this fridge. We are big cooks and like the open very usable shelves front and center. It is rare to have shelves in a freezer which can fit full dishes but this does not dissappoint. And finally the lower left compartment, which can switch from freezer, to fridge to cooler is a much needed feature we didn't even know we needed.
