    Worst purchase ever.!! First delivery stopped working the next day. The second delivery was dented. Even though they had another one in stock, they couldn’t deliver for ten days. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No compensation and had to go back to store for credit. We will never deal with Best Buy again.

    We took delivery on April 29, the freezer stopped working correctly 5 days later. We are currently waiting on factory service tech to look at it and determine what we do next, Best Buy even though we are Total Tech members pushed us to Frigidaire for resolution. Not a good experience!

    Do not order. First one received was damaged. Waited 2 months for replacement. Day after second one installed it had leaked all over my brand new kitchen and caused damage. Best Buy attempted to order me a third but would take 3 more months to receive due to backorder- which I refused product and asked for a refund. Best Buy was HORRIBLE to deal with- they won't resolve issues or refund me all of my money after 14 phone calls to customer service. I have spent several hours on phone w/customer service waiting to talk to someone who can help me and am given different false info each time. I attempted to escalate to management but no management will return my calls and the battle to get the money that's owed to me has been going on for over 6 months. Do NOT give Best Buy your business. I am reporting them to BBB.

    Less than 4 Months

    What a piece of cr@p. Flex drawer light went out and stupid me decides to have Frigidaire fix, since at the time the unit was about 3 months old. 1st fix didn't work, tech needed to order new flexdrawer unit and board. 2nd fix fried the motherboard and sent into DEMO mode so have been without a fridge for 4 days. So now JUST found out that yay(?) they have set up to replace the fridge BUT Frigidaire needs to ship to Best Buy who then needs to deliver and install. This will all take ANOTHER 2 WEEKS! Frigidaire customer service is HORRIBLE as they did the warranty replacement without notifying me and are giving me no assistance in any way. On hold right now TRYING to discuss with a supervisor and as only getting the runaround of "nothing they can do as the order is placed" from original CS operator. Had to ask to speak with a supervisor at least 10 times...

    4/18/2023. Terrible product, plugged it in 3 days ago, and the compressor sounds like a diesel engine, cant be in the same room its so loud. the most frustrating part is best buy only has a 14 day return window regardless if i am an elite plus customer. any I never used it until 3 days ago and now to get a tech out it is 9 days. make sure to plug it in right away, before the deliver guys leave. junk!!!

    Worst experience in my life! After 6 attempts I never got delivery of my refrigerator! Lies were told to me . Now yall cancelled On 6-27-25. I purchased it on 5-10-25! This has been a fiasco. Poorest encounter ever!

    I love the multi ways of arranging the shelves in the refrigerator to accommodate your needs. The flex space is the main reason I purchased the refrigerator. It is fantastic! If I need more freezer space, I just turn down the temperature! Love the ice and water in door also. Very happy with purchase!

    I love this refrigerator! It’s beautiful and exactly what I was wanting for a long time. I couldn’t, in good conscience, buy one just because I liked the style, but when my old one started to die I jumped at this one!

    This thing is a beast! Space for days. Love the middle drawer freezer or refrigerator option. The ice maker can keep up with your biggest house party, and the lighting is just gorgeous.

    We replaced our Samsung refrigerator with this one from Frigidaire. The organization and flexibility are great. We also like how the middle drawer has such a range of temperature controls. The product itself is great except the freezer doesn't open smoothly. This might have to do with the poor delivery service. They acted like setting it up was doing us a favor. It was a third party contractor.

    Super nice fridge and love the customizable shelves and flex drawer. The flex drawer comes with a few pre-set temperature options but i wish it was fully custom where you could choose any temperature, just like how the fridge and freezer is.

    there is a VERY LOUD fan behind the middle drawer that turns off and on 24/7. On for 3 seconds, off for one second, then revs up again for 5-7 seconds, then off for two seconds. Then on again for 10 seconds, off for three, etc. etc. etc. Frigidaire tech looked at it, shrugged his shoulders and said you should buy an extended warranty. This is a design issue that could be solved with new firmware, but i don't see that happening. When i have company over they say "your fridge is going nuts!" Had a Jenn-aire for 24 years that was so quiet you couldn't tell it was running. I just turn the radio up louder so that this thing doesn't drive us nuts. imagine someone turning a vacuum cleaner on and off at random intervals in your kitchen all day. AVOID!!
