Deliver/Installer person, I think his name is Mikey, was very manner-able, courteous, reassuring, maintain is mask wearing, throughout. If i could choose a delivery person in the future I would request him. GREAT JOB

Poor service from both Frigidaire and Best Buy

The first time I went to place an item in a storage bin in the freezer, it fell out and broke. In three calls to Frigidaire and three calls to Best Buy neither will replace it and neither says they are responsible. And yes I do have the Best Buy protection, which was supposed to supersede the manufacturer's warranty if it falls short.

Buyer Beware

All controls were set to recommended levels. Replaced it with a new LG.

I would give it a 5 star rating except for how noisy it is. It is very loud at times, so bad that I can give it only a 1 star rating.

Nice side by side!

It's been months I have trying to contact best buy and no one has been helpful or have replaced the fridge. Best Buy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with. In-between a chat or a phone conversation they will disconnect on purpose if they don't have answers and you will never hear back from them.
