The quality if VERY LOW... cheap plastics, there are defects in the molding around the faceplate of the ice maker and water. The drawers already clunk when you open them.. Again, VERY LOW quality.

Deliver/Installer person, I think his name is Mikey, was very manner-able, courteous, reassuring, maintain is mask wearing, throughout. If i could choose a delivery person in the future I would request him. GREAT JOB

The first time I went to place an item in a storage bin in the freezer, it fell out and broke. In three calls to Frigidaire and three calls to Best Buy neither will replace it and neither says they are responsible. And yes I do have the Best Buy protection, which was supposed to supersede the manufacturer's warranty if it falls short.

I would give it a 5 star rating except for how noisy it is. It is very loud at times, so bad that I can give it only a 1 star rating.
