The refrigerator is too small inside and although the ice maker does a good job at making ice...it is noisey. The other refrigerator we had didnt make any noise. Unfortunately this one is going back to the store...not happy with it at all.

Refrigerator Has a Few Flaws

I read reviews regarding issues with the ice maker/dispenser. The reviews are true. At least once a day, ice gets stuck in the door chute. When this happens, the flapper in the door also gets stuck open. When you try to relieve the blockage, you end up with ice all over the floor. The ice maker will also randomly get stuck in 'crushed ice' mode. Also, we keep the fridge side set to a recommended 40 degrees, but the food that is in the back of the fridge is getting frozen, especially food in the drawers. I am going to see about getting it serviced, but I don't see how these issues can be fixed because they seem like design flaws. I would not buy again and hope I can get the fridge exchanged.

When set to the appropriate temperature, items freeze in the refrigerator. Also, to reach the back of the fridge, one has to stand sideways (deep but not wide). This fridge should never have been made as a 33" model. I do not recomend.

I call Best Buy so they can send someone to check this problem but they keep putting me on hold for hours and keep transferring me for one to another no one want to help
